9 Jun - So far it is bad. I understand the COVID situation. But everything else is getting delivered in time. And moreover there is no way to communicate with you. Those numbers and whatsapp number no one replies. Nither anyone replies on email. With this kind of service it won't work.

At the time of placing the order I was told that order will be delivered with 2 weeks. I also received message confirming the same. Now after waiting for 3 weeks, they have postponed my delivery date to more 5 weeks. I am not even allowed to cancel it

No any details on my order after customer support said that they will share the details on mail or phone.

I do not recommend to order durain products. I have ordered durain office chair 3 weeks back, didn't receive it till now and I have no idea where it is, not able to trace it. And on top of that poor customer service.

You guys did a great job. Delivered it sooner than expected and installed it nicely. Happy with the service.

A month to deliver. Nonsense.

Worst experience, have paid for the product and still awaiting it's delivery for 30 days. Have been asked to further wait.

My chairs were delivered to me before the scheduled time.

The chair is an excellent chair for home offices.

Also, the fitters suggested assembling the chairs outside our apartment to keep a safe distance.

The site needs redesign and easily accessible for checkout. Needs multi browser support.

Good Point - The Product installation is really good. And product quality is also well built.
Bad point - The product is not stored in a good condition at the warehouse which has lead to multiple scratches and wear-down in the product quality.

The experience of purchasing furniture online is hasslefree but still a bit risky. In my case, the order got confirmed but then it could not be shipped due to lockdown restrictions. This was something that was not notified when i placed the order.

Although I am yet to receive the chair, I had to give feedback. Since it was a lockdown period, I had verified if the product could be delivered at my address. The customer care was prompt and confirmed the delivery. What wasn't mentioned was it would take 20-25 days to deliver. I got to know that after placing the order. Since it was urgent, I requested if I could (personally) pick-up the chair from the Durian store, which was 4-5 kms from my residence, and cancel the online order. But it was denied. Since I needed a chair urgently, I ordered another chair from Amazon and it got delivered and installed in 4-5 days. Its been 8 days today and still a long time to go before I receive the chair from Durian.

There has been absolutely no update about my order - no clarity on when it will be delivered. No place to check the status as well. It seems that we have got the order & the money, now keep chasing us and we will deliver, if & when we feel like.

Just so that you don't realize, it is 2020 and we are not still in the 90s

Contrary to what was committed, it has been more than a week and the item is still not dispatched.

Delivery date was changed from time of booking to order confirmation. Poor customer service support. Spoke thrice and didn’t get a solution.

No updates on the online purchase. Three calls made to call center did not give any result. Still waiting for delivery.

Am totally lost regret ordering online for durian india.

It was a great experience selecting from a wide variety of products and a quick response from the support team.
