insuficient information for parents travelling with small children
Generally a good experience, however I have to give 3 stars (out of 5) because we couldn't find information on conditions of taking baby stroller and child car seat on the flight. Called the support line and obtained info about the baby stroller, but they couldn't help us with the child car seat.
