Still waiting for my refund after one month
I had a very disappointing experience. My flight was canceled, and I was told I would receive a refund, but it has now been over a month and I am still waiting. There has been little to no communication, and getting clear information from customer support is extremely difficult.
This situation is frustrating and unacceptable. When a company cancels a flight, refunds should be handled promptly, not delayed indefinitely. I expected a much more professional and reliable service.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. If you book with them, be prepared for potential issues and long waiting times for your money.
