Quick to respond to phone call and with a human to boot!

Always wanted to join this bank. Streamline switching service & good £175 incentive to switch. The App is very clear & easy to use. So far so good . Would recommend this Bank. 😉

Very simple and easy to understand and manage the App and customer service is excellent on speed of getting through and detailed responses and support.

The First Direct Bank Account is the Best Bank Account I have ever Experienced and any need to solve a query is acted upon with knowledgeable Advisers, nothing is to much trouble and they IT'S lead The Championship Table by Far and Yes They ANSWER THE PHONE with in 30 to 60 SECONDS unlike Many Other Banks who take thirty minutes if you are Clever enough to press the right numbers they Suggest only to find it is incorrect. Its no Contest FIRST DIRECT AS THEIR NAME SUGGESTS COME FIRST.

I wish I had done this a few years ago. The account transfer went smoothly. I was worried about whether everything would go smoothly because I'd never done it before. It turned out I didn't need to. First Direct handled it professionally. I've had the account for a few weeks and haven't needed to contact the customer service office. The account itself is transparent and easy to manage. All direct debits were transferred without a problem. The money they promised for the account transfer was paid after all the conditions were met.

Efficient account switch and the app is easy to use. Very impressed so far.

Excellent service phone answered almost immediately and you can speak to a human being, procedure for switching was smooth and easy to do.

The First Direct app was quick and easy to set up in my new wallet and verify, when I upgraded my iPhone. The steps were explained carefully and the QR code picked up the scan quickly. No fuss. What a pleasure.

All good so far! App is easy to use and shows clearly transactions that are pending. Got an amazing £175 switch reward to sweeten the deal. Much better than my previous banking experience with Virgin.

Onboarding and current account switching spot on! I also transferred another account I had to one of the top 4 major banks and their onboarding was frustrating to say the least and it was to a Premier account well done 1st Direct would love to see a more premium service offering in the future from you too
