Milesplit has a charge feature that allows you to see standing in different categories. This is valuable for me as a coach and I had an issue that after I paid, I was unable to see the information I wanted to see. I was billed for a new year of subscription after I believe I canceled the subscription many months ago.
I was billed for a new year of subscription when I thought I had canceled the subscription through the app many months ago. I was unable to locate a number for customer service so I called my credit card company. My credit card company also did not have access to a customer service number. I opened a dispute through the credit card company (the annual fee was significantly higher than my original annual subscription). Within a day of doing this I received an email from flosport asking me to cancel the dispute and to provide them with a letter stating the dispute was canceled. They said they could not help me until this was done. I called the credit card company who recommended against cancelling the dispute while a resolution had not been met. I let flosport know this (while asking then for a customer service number) and they said they could not help me if the dispute was not closed with the credit card company.

Terrible video quality, sound, and game coverages
Terrible! The video is of poor quality and is delayed. If there is any announcement, which is random, it is always delayed by the picture, and the sound is terrible. When we used the college site in the past, there was always an announcement during home and away games, and the timing and video quality were good. Plus, it was free!! Now you pay, and you get poor quality, and they do not offer all the games covered. Whatever the colleges in the G-MAC conference are getting for this service is ripping off the fans and the student athletes performing who want their family to see them play. I would not recommend this at ALL. I attempted to watch during basketball season and now college softball. Softball is even worse than basketball.

If you watch this on tape delay, be warned there are video players consistently spoils the end of races. Either requires you to jump through hoops to avoid seeing images of the winner. Or sometimes the video will just jump to the live end, middle of the replay. Excruciating.

Nothing but a great experience
I see a lot of bad reviews related to things outside of FloSports control, like with the internal networks of the colleges they broadcast for. I don't have many issues, but when I do they're always addressed quickly, professionally, and two complete resolution. I'm sure they wish that they had full control of the networks and therefore the entire broadcast, but it's not possible. They've done a great job for me.

Like another review I saw, if I could give it a zero, I would. I feel like this year is the worst service I have had of trying to watch St. Edwards softball. Audio and video both terrible and cuts out so bad, I usually turn it off. Contacting them through their website will get you an automated email that they apologize and are working hard to prevent problems in the future. The idea is great, the execution a disappointment.
