Terrible customer service
I ordered back in early July but still havenât received my order. I have emailed multiple times in August and was told they are waiting for stock to arrive!

Order never arrived, no replacement or refund for 6 weeks
I had been very happy with Fluxies' products, but I placed an order (Order #37648) on July 21st and never received the items. I have spent the past 5 weeks chasing customer support, trying to get a response to find out if the order was even sent, which they finally claimed it was. I then asked for a replacement order, but that has proved to be such a hassle, with them asking me to sign a form to declare I had looked for the package everywhere possible (!), that 10 days ago I asked for a refund instead. I haven't had a response since then. I am writing this review as a final attempt to see if this issue can be resolved and I can finally receive a refund. Life is too short. I won't be buying anything from Fluxies again.
UPDATE: I finally today received the refund I had asked for, thanks to this review and to me sending several more emails.

Love the products, human support with quick responses
The underwear itself is comfortable, works well and so far has lasted a year without any issues!
When I emailed support to find out where a late package was (around Jan 2024, my first order with them), I had a really quick human response (turns out I had ordered some out of stock items and had missed the notification that it was going to take longer that expected). They asked if I wanted the in stock items now and the out of stock later and when I said yes, I received it very quickly.

Very, very disappointed
I am currently on holiday and bought these just in case. This morning my period has started, not very heavy flow and already my pants have leaked through onto my beach towel and lounger. I am beyond embarrassed and mortified and have now had to buy tampons (which I do not get on with) at a cost of $24!
I had looked at other brands before purchasing these as the reviews were very positive. I am very disappointed not only at the performance of the product but how much money I wasted buying them.

Great product, great company
The pants are comfortable and I felt secure in them all day. When I first went to order them, there was a discount code being offered by the website that wouldn't work for me, so I reached out to customer services and they were very helpful. Once I'd created an account, they generated an identical code for me to use and I was able to get a couple of pairs for a great price.
Really pleased with the quality of the product and the company in general. I would order from here again, and would definitely recommend.

Communication is horrendous. 10 days after order was placed I had to contact them finding out where my order was. Didnât hear back until the day a package magically appeared at the door. Best on the market. Other panties from other companies I've tried - you wash them and they still STINK, and can be smelled while wearing also. Fluxies are an amazing brand however, machine washable come out perfect smelling, hold their shape, no leaks etc. Although they are expensive, they will last you probably for 5 years or more no doubt about it! Think of all the savings for tampons and pads and things! Really greatful. I will be a fluxies-er for life now!

Trustworthy product and great customer service
Bought two seamless thongs to try and loved them so much I immediately bought another three! Fit really nicely (they feel tight at first but the material stretched almost immediately so as to fit my hips without any unsightly bumps), haven't had a leak, don't feel bulky or uncomfortably wide between the legs as some other period pants can. I have also bought some larger knickers for heavier days/nightwear and am reall happy with all of them.
I also emailed Fluxies when my intial order did not arrive and they responded within 24 hours to let me know I had selected a pre-order (I hadn't noticed in my basket) and asked if I wanted to recieve the underwear which was available now and the pre-order underwear when it was available. I did, and so this arrived within the next couple of days. Excellent customer service.

Perfect for periods!
Got two of the swimwear bikinis as a gift from one of my friends when we were going on a trip to France and they were wonderful, I used them both times we went to the beach.
