I've been wearing fluxies for the past few years and will never go back to wearing disposable pads! The pants are so comfortable and easy to clean. Absolutely love them!

Horrible experience with fluxies! I ordered 8 pants for my daugher on August 4, 2023. Money took upfront from my credit card. The delivery in Spain was supposed to take 3-4 days and as the company advertised on its website, there shouldn't be any custom problems for delivery in EU.
Initially I have not received any confirmation email with my order, and therefore no order number, nothing.
When I wrote them asking about my order and where is the parcel, after many ignored emails they claimed they have answered and they have wrote me asking additional information for the delivery adress - which is plainly not true.
After 5 emails I have received a number which should have been the number of my order that never arrived.
To this date November 15, I have received no products and no refund for the fluxies pants "bought" in August 4th, 2023.
The customers service is cvasi inexistant.
They reply arbitrarily at one out of any 3-4 emails I sent: first asking where my parcel was and what was the number of my order (September 2023). Then the Spanish customs asked me to register my ID, copy of the payment order from my bank, a signed custom declaration for the purpose of paying custom duties related to my parcel (!) and finally they asked for the invoice from seller.
I have asked the company (at fluxies support email) through 5 different emails to send me the invoice. 3 were ignored, one was answered wih a different custom shiiping doc - which was not an invoice and therefore not accepted by thw Spanish customs.
My last 4 emails as of October and November 2023 were for refund.
All of them have been ignored to this date. I wrote approximately 15-18 emails to fluxies support email.
I noticed that only 1 in 3-4 emails recieve confirmation and what looks (not sure it really is) confirmationnumber from fluxies.
All this looks to me prettly much like a scam.
I wish I have read the other reviews before ordering not one but 8 pairs! from such a company.

What really bothered me is that, after spending 4 months trying to get the products, after my many emails were ignored, I got this plain reply that they do not understand what was happening with the customs- AS THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO THEM BEFORE- and saying they send daily parcels in Spain with no problem like this. Implying that somehow this cutoms mess has to do with me, the customer and not with their company.
What a shame!

LE I have received my refund mid December 2023. The company replys imediately after a negative review on Trustpilot.

Ordering was easy. My questions were answered prompt by e mail. My order was for Classic Bikini pants. Wish they came in White as well as the Black colour.
As I am nearly 70 I do not need them for a period, but I find them very good for lite incontinance for me. I am pleased I no longer have to put liners/pads into the land fill. It’s also easier when I go on a cruise I just wash them out. . Wish I had found them a long time ago.

I have been using the heavy and super heavy range for the past 4 months & I am thrilled with my purchases!

The sleeping boxers are excellent. Highly highly highly recommend

I’m obsessed with my Fluxies - honestly don’t know how I survived without them! I’ve got the classic high waist heavy flow and they’re stunning… they look gorgeous, they feel amazing and they take care of the heaviest flow. I’ve bought several pairs because I love them so much! Massive recommendation - best period underwear ever.

The delivery was smooth and the packaging was also simple and perfect for shipping. It fit in my mail box. The panties are also super absorbent and keep you feeling dry. Initially they seemed so bulky and I thought I would be left feeling heavy and wet but it was actually the opposite.

Super comfortable, no leaks and definitely far better than wearing pads. I would say however, it does start to smell after about 8-9h so keep an extra pair for changing

I've seriously tried so many different brands of period pants but none of them hit the mark like these. The quality of these is sooo much better, they’re super comfy and don’t have any weird plastic feeling/sound like some of the other brands I’ve tried. But the real deal breaker is that they ACTUALLY work !! No BS I have heavy periods, and trust me I can wear them all day without stressing about leaking. These pants are like literal sponges (in a good way) lol they absorb everything and I don’t have to run to the toilet every hour. Honestly I couldn't be happier I found fluxies. I’ve been raving about them to all my friends and convinced them to try them and now they’re as obsessed as I am lol. So huge thanks to fluxies for making my periods so much easier !! Definitely recommend to anyone else thinking about trying them , you won’t regret it !

The period pants are so incredible! It’s so nice to be able not to worry if you’ve forgotten a tampon or pad, and you can throw these on at the end of the day or wear them at night, they’re extremely comfy. I love the hot water bottle too, a lot of them don’t comfort the whole area that hurts but this one does, I would definitely recommend these!

Excellent period pants, I’ve tried different types from different brands and the fluxies ones are hands down the best fit and most comfortable. Amazing ⭐️

Finally got them. It was apparently a standing order. Got them two months after. Happy with the product

After an unfortunate event with the courier, who never delivered my order and sent it back to the sender and after a series of misunderstandings with the customer service, I must say that the situation was sorted out for the best and I was able to get a full refund and a discount.
E-mail exchanges haven't always been easy, but they always showed willingness to understand and try to help.
I think this experience won't change my trust in the quality of the products, which I've been using for years.

These panties and the day pads have been very easy to wear and quite comfortable post surgery. I tried a couple of different styles and sizes and kept the ones I liked and returned the others with no problems. The shipping was quick. I recommend Fluxies to anyone who wants to save the planet and feel good.

The product we received was fine but did not receive the offer that was ie the free offer included with the initial order.

I absolutely LOVE IT!!!! I am in LOVE with period underwear now and ive been raving about it to everyone!
Even the ‘light’ underwear is so absorbing i am absolutely taken aback!

I love that its leak proof, i feel so confident wearing it out and about!

The pants are amazing! Has completely changed the way I feel about my period. And the customer service has been 10/10 too, I had an issue with something and the team sorted it out immediately.
