Happy customer

I'm a small business,and wanted to rebrand my business to make it look more luxurious. I'm useless with technology and had a specific colour and printing style in my mind but couldn't find it Calum in the design department had numerous attempts to design what I wanted,without losing patience and in the end produced a fantastic design for me which was exactly what I wanted and more and the quality was beautiful I'm very happy customer

I’d give no stars if I could

I’d give no stars if I could. Bought a marquee from the company and it’s the most flimsy item. Won’t stand up to even a light breeze. It’s unsafe too. I’d absolutely not recommend this company. We had issues with our gazebo ie they sent another companies gazebo and had to wait for a replacement so missed a show with our brand on. Poor customer service too as we were mis-sold the marquee as was told it was suitable for winter use, we’ve had it tested by a reputable company (which I’d highly recommend) and it’s not even suitable for summer use. Avoid this company.

Hi Lara, thanks for leaving your review. I’m genuinely sorry you’ve come away feeling this disappointed; that’s never what we want for anyone.

That said, we do need to clarify a few points because we don’t agree with how the situation has been described.

On the Garden Marquee and “winter use”
Our garden marquees and pop-up gazebos are temporary structures, not permanent buildings. They can be used in winter months, but that does not mean they’re stormproof or designed to be left up through high winds. Even the best temporary structures can become unsafe if wind conditions exceed safe limits or if anchoring and monitoring aren’t spot on. We do not advertise any of our structures as “won’t move in a breeze”; if only we could, we’d be selling them to the RAF.

“Flimsy” and “unsafe”
The marquee you purchased was supplied in full working order and (based on what we’ve seen) has been used in service and promoted on social media, which indicates it was functional and fit for purpose in normal operating conditions. If you’ve had it “tested,” we’re absolutely open to reviewing that, but we’d need the written report, the test criteria used, and details of how it was erected and anchored.

Gazebo delivery issue
You’re right that there was a delivery mistake initially (another company’s gazebo sent in error). That’s on us, and we did resolve it as quickly as possible once it was flagged. We completely understand how missing a show is frustrating, especially when branding is involved.

Customer service / being “mis-sold”
We take claims of mis-selling seriously. If you can share the date of purchase and who you spoke to (or the email trail), we’ll review the call notes/messages properly. We’re not here to argue in public; we’re here to get to the truth and put things right where we can.

Photos of the marquee fully erected, including anchoring points and the surface it was on

The date of the missed show and what happened with delivery timings

Once we’ve got that, we’ll review it with our technical team and come back with a clear outcome, whether that’s setup guidance, replacement parts where applicable, or a formal response to the mis-selling claim.

We do appreciate you raising this, and we’d much rather turn this into a resolved issue than a comment thread. Life’s too short, and frankly, marquees are meant to host events, not drama.

The staff were helpful

The staff were helpful, friendly and supportive as we manipulated the options to fit within the grant that had been awarded to our small not-for profit.
The good arrived on time, well packed and now await a suitable event to be revealed to the public.
