Excellent service , staff and products

Needed spares for a damaged Gazebo, spares supplied promptly for much less than a new one. Now up and running as good as new.

OUTSTANDING!!
I bought a 3m x 3m ‘pop-up’ gazebo with the ‘Pro-40’ frame.
Before the purchase the company was easy to call(they even had a call back service if there was a queue). The guy was super friendly and helpful and clearly passionate about their design and build of the gazebos.
I replaced an old traditional pop-up with a thin flimsy square steel frame, and the new one is super strong 40mm hexagon aluminium. It’s SO solid!! Clearly over-engineered to cope with the elements and designed to last. Despite its obvious strength it’s still light and easy to lift.
Although it should probably be put by 2 people, I managed it on my own with a bit of ‘wiggling’ to get the frame extended upwards and outwards.
The cover was then secured using the central fastener, strong anti-slip Velcro on the corners and some tightening buckle straps in the middle of the beams.
My old gazebo had some rubbish push-in dome pins to adjust the height of the legs that were hard to get at but this has chunky ring pulls that are sprung. Perfect!

I’m so impressed with this gazebo. Although it’s just for my garden I’ve seen Gala Tents branding used by lots of market stall holders too, and now I know why.
It’s also nice to see a British company producing something so good.

Shopping made easy with helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I ordered a gazebo after my old farmers market one had seen better days, as I trade on my own I wanted something easier and lighter .
I was promised an amazing gazebo with a sprung action roof , lighter and easier.
Last weekend 04/05/25) I decided to get the roof on with my daughter.
The spring action on the roof did not do its job, the pull out pegs were very stiff as was the whole gazebo .
I went and bought an easier, cheaper (£250) one for the next day trading.
I asked to return this gazebo as it was not fit for purpose. The company took no interest in my return stating I have to sort it out myself and at my cost 😳
As a company that sells gazebos I could not believe I could not return it through them, of course I expected to pay p&p .
The gazebo weighs 40 kg and I had great difficulty in finding someone to return it . It’s cost me £150 to send it back, a huge loss for something that didn’t match up to their expectations
They say they are the best, clearly not with such shocking aftercare are
Be very careful when buying from this company, do some research first as I’m sure their are much better places who will be much more helpful

Ordered a 3m awning yesterday, had trouble trying to pay. Got an email saying they'd taken £80 from my card, no order no or delivery given, Said I had 30 mins to order for next day delivery.
Tried ringing them to chase it up but I don't have an order no. Going round and round in circles chasing it.

first class sales department, easily explained, and not pushy for a sale. have previous gala tent, and now upgrading size. perfect for what we require, and simple to erect quickly, and majority of the build can be done by 1 man, first class product. Gala tent organised a date to suit me for delivery, and was a great help. Nice simple delivery by courior.

Mark was brilliant, called back, answered all queries and my product was delivered quickly. I was kept fully informed throughout the process.

Great packaging with tracking, fast delivery, Easy payment with options should you need to, items as described. My marquee is now 10yrs old, this new cover set was simply because I wanted it to look fresh, Gala Tent supply all spares for their Marquees so you never have to worry about not being able to buy any part of the frame, covers, extras! The fact you can extend the marquee is fantastic! Best purchase i ever made was a Gala Tent. Here's to many more years of quality!

So helpful, great to deal with brilliant customer service the products are great. Delivered when they said and I cannot fault them.

Looked at other dealers for a Marquee and these guys really stood out. Contacted them and from first conversation with Alex was sure we made the right choice. Alex always kept us up to date with the items and offered better alternatives if we required. The quality of the produces are fantastic and designed with practicality in mind. Overall cannot fault anything.
