Min Haglöfs ryggsÀck har hållit bra i 13 år och då gick ett spÀnne sönder. Trots att modellen inte fanns lÀngre och inte heller spÀnnet hittade de ett spÀnne som passande. A company that stands behind its products
I had bought a LIM jacket from Haglöfs a little over a year ago, and noticed a tear that could have been caused by me or by a material fault. So I contacted customer service, and they replaced the jacket free of charge with the current model. They did this even though the new model is more expensive, and I had bought the original jacket at a discount. Great customer service, and a sign that this company really stands behind its products.
