Ik heb het bedrijf rechtstreeks in Zweden gecontacteerd in verband met een vraag over mijn schoenen. de communicatie over en weer met het bedrijf loopt zeer vlot en goed. Ik heb mijn schoenen moeten opsturen en kreeg al snel het antwoord dat ik voor de onderhoud van mijn schoenen de verkeerde producten gebruikte waardoor het leder scheurde. Bought a Haglofs GoreTex jacket a few years back which has been great, smashed mountains all over the UK and Europe and was gutted when my zip started to malfunction. Spoke to Vuong at customer services who diagnosed the fault and sent me free spare parts even though the jacket is old. Pleasant and helpful throughout, now that's great service! Da Iawn!
