Noel, Noel - not just for Christmas
I've a few pieces of Haglöfs equipment including a vintage pair of Couloir 2 goretex sallopetes. On my return from a ski trip I went to remove the braces to wash the pants and a plastic buckle snapped. It wasn't a standard buckle so on Sunday I contacted customer services asking if it was possible to buy replacements for a 15 year old garment.
First thing Monday morning, Noel from customer services contacted me and asked me how many I needed and that they will send them out for free!
So 15 years on i consider that brilliant customer service.

I just got my first pair of hiking pants... and my second pair of hiking pants too. Such great products, great customer service, I didn't think ordering (and returning) items from overseas will be this easy and fast, 0 complaints. All the items are great quality, very reasonably priced compared to what you can find elsewhere for this level. The fabrics are super strechy, so the fits are just way more flattering than your usual hiking pants, and the sizing is great, I got 38 (L), which is a little bit longer, and it's just feels tailor made go me, it's nice to have this level of nuance in sizing, so you're extra comfy on the trail!
