I had serious splits in my boots that allowed water in .. so not good!
Once Iâd provided proof of damage and purchase I was sent a new pair of boots (to the UK) as replacement .. which was brilliant, even though the boots were 18 months old. I was also reassured that if such a problem occurred again to get back in touch!
