Att sÀlja dyra ispikar och sen inte ha reservdel eller alternativ Àr oseriöst.
Reservdelen till min mina Haglöfs ispikar/stavar var slut. D v s det konsika plastskyddet lÀngst ned som Àr vÀldigt vasst. Då det Àr livsfarligt att hantera ispkarna utan skydd borde ni återuppta tillverkningena av skyddet eller åtminstone föreslå skydd som man kan göra sjÀlv. Jag tog en trÀdgårdsslang och kapade den ca 6 cm och tryckte på den på spetsen.

Vi vill gÀrna förtydliga att vi inte har tillverkat ispikar på över 30 år. De Haglöfs-ispikar du hÀnvisar till Àr alltså inte en produkt som lÀngre produceras, och tyvÀrr finns det inga originalskydd kvar att tillgå från tillverkningen.
Vi har ett mycket stort sortiment av reservdelar till många olika produkter, men i det hÀr fallet finns det varken reservdelar eller kompatibla alternativ kvar för just dessa Àldre ispikar. Det Àr naturligtvis olyckligt, men tyvÀrr inget vi har möjlighet att lösa den hÀr gången.
Vi uppskattar att du delar med dig av din egen lösning med trÀdgårdsslang, den typen av erfarenheter kan vara vÀrdefulla Àven för andra i samma situation.

Faith restored!
I had been a little disappointed that the Skuta walking boots had split after 18 months, but Haglofs customer service restored my faith entirely - they responded rapidly, helpfully and arranged for replacement boots very quickly. Customer service as impressive and hassle-free as this is sadly rare nowadays. I feel that Haglofs are a responsible and decent company, based on this experience.
