My initial enquiry was answered with a suggestion of another product so went with purchasing the 4mx4m field tent. The order was processed efficiently and received updated postal and carriage information.
All came complete on a pallet in good sturdy boxes.
The instructions were concise and easy to understand. I built most of the frame on my own and then needed quit a bit of help to pull over the heavy PVC cover. Concrete anchors were supplied of good quality.
Unfortunately a forklift bent one of the uprights within days, House of Tents are now supplying a replacement.

This company goes the extra mile. If you want a marquee that looks amazing, is robust and able to withstand the British weather, look no further. We bought one for a 90th birthday celebration and it was fantastic. No problems, no hitches, just an amazing company doing an amazing product.

I had to contact customer service to get a replacement spare part, and they were very helpful and easy to deal with. They responded quickly to my query and made the process simple. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and would happily order from them again.

The order process was straightforward and the storage tent arrived on schedule. The boxes were slightly battered and were clearly not strong enough to hold the contents. Fortunately nothing was damaged.
The assembly instructions were terrible and so the assembly time quoted as 1 hour is laughable, it took two of us a day and a half to fully assemble. Much of that time was wasted trying to interpret the poor instructions and having to redo things we'd misunderstood. The instructions didn't actually match the contents, it looks like some fittings have been updated but they haven't bothered to update the instructions. If only someone took the time to film a step by step youtube video showing assembly of this exact model a lot of time and frustration would have been avoided.

Unfortunately we were missing a single nut, I emailed the company but after getting no reply I purchased said nut from my local DIY shop.

We're very pleased with the quality of the tent now it is assembled but it's hard to fully recommend due to the poor instructions and lack of response from the company.

Edit: House of tents have now supplied me with the missing nut (and a few extra), so customer support came through in the end. Thanks.

Great service from pre-order, order and delivery. Easy to build (temporary garage) with instructions provided. 100% recommended.

The Small Marquee we have is fantastic but sadly it got damaged in a storm.
I ordered 2 replacement parts and Igor was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending The House of Tents.

The delivery was prompt, the 4m x 6m Gazebo/marquee was perfect and was exactly what we required, and the after-sales service was excellent. Should we need anything of this nature again in the future, we would not hesitate to use House of Tents as our first choice.

We bought our House of Tents marquee as it represented great value (cheaper than hiring locally). It provided the perfect setting for my wife's 60th birthday celebration.
Unfortunately I bent a pole while erecting the marquee.
I have been in touch with House of Tents to arrange a replacement and they have been incredibly helpful.
I would fully recommend House of Tents if you are looking for a marquee, and remember their after-sales customer services team are there to support you should you need to call upon their support.

My order was unfortunately lost in transit, and I was extremely disappointed. However, after calling Customer Service, I spoke with Igor Spasovski, Sales Support Manager, who went above and beyond to resolve the situation.

Igor arranged for a replacement gazebo to be shipped immediately, and it arrived just in time for our family occasion. I can't thank him enough for his outstanding support, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring everything worked out.

I highly recommend House of Tents for both their quality products and their outstanding customer care.

A robust polytunnel, chunky frame and strong cover. Some anchoring is provided, but additional u-shaped ground pegs make sure. Delivery was within 2 weeks, though an 0800-1800 delivery 'slot' was not ideal.

I could not praise them enough. A problem with the order, which was not their fault, was sorted out immediately. I would definitely recommend this company.

After a bit of research i purchased a 6x3m pop up gazebo in 2022 from house of tents and use it regularly for camping trips. Great quality my only regret is not going paying that little bit extra for hexagonal tubing rather than square section, which is inherently stronger by design. Having said that it has stood up to some pretty strong winds, until lent out to a friend who didn't lash it it properly in high wind and one of the uprights bent. House of Tents have been great, not only is their product first class but their aftersales has been exemplary too.....communication, part identification, speed in supplying, the whole process is easy and a pleasure to deal with. Can't recommend them enough so it's a firm 5 stars from my experience

Cheap Crap with NO customer service.
4x8m marquee arrived, first three pieces we picked up were damaged, the width is made up of small jumper connectors, which weren't swaged proeperly.
The fit is terrible, looser than Katie Prices dating history.

We messaged days ago - have not heard anything, they have our money, we have three boxes of junk.

Do Not Buy - Drop Shipped Junk with no Service.

I am not happy with the purchase - damaged packaging, consignment came in 2 parts, one package was nothing to do with my order.
Quality of goods is very poor - frame is flimsy, tent pegs too small for purpose. My complaint email has not been answer, nor has my feedback reply.

Delivered on time and when you said it would went up great bit fiddly being bolted together but look good when up.
