Regarding the delivery window, we understand how a broad time slot can make planning more difficult. While we aim to provide realistic delivery times, our couriers often operate with wider windows, especially during the winter period, and exact morning or afternoon slots aren’t always available. That said, we appreciate your comment and will certainly take it on board as we continue working with our delivery partners to improve communication.
