We are very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the delivery of your order and the condition in which the boxes arrived. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.

Unfortunately, once the goods leave our warehouse, the transport is handled by the courier, and in some cases packages can be mishandled during transit. That said, we fully understand the inconvenience caused, especially when you have to spend additional time checking all the parts.

As discussed, once we receive the full list of any missing or damaged items, we will of course arrange the necessary replacements as quickly as possible so you can complete the assembly without further delay.

We appreciate your patience and thank you for giving us the opportunity to resolve this for you. One of our CS colleagues will get in touch with you.

We’re genuinely sorry to read how frustrated and disappointed you are. A marquee failing after what you describe as normal use is understandably upsetting, especially after making a significant investment.

Our structures are designed for temporary use and must always be dismantled in adverse weather conditions, as outlined in our guidelines. That said, we fully understand that this does not lessen your frustration with what happened.

Regarding your case, offering replacement poles would normally be the first step if the assessment suggested that specific components were affected. However, we recognise your concern that torn sheeting and a potentially compromised frame require a more thorough review.

We would very much like to reassess this matter properly. One of our CS colleagues will contact you in the next days.

We will escalate this internally for a technical review to ensure the case has been evaluated fairly and completely.
