Absolutely amazing company. We received the marquee (10x5) in a few different boxes. All the parts in tact and once put up (which is actually very straightforward and there are videos on the website to follow) the marquee looked amazing. Bought this marquee for a November party celebration. Quality of the product was brilliant, very easy to erect (2 people) and withstood the cold and windy conditions effortlessly. Easy to follow assembly guidance and superb customer service that dealt with a follow up issue after the event - we bent one of the poles whilst dismantling and have had it replaced FOC fantastic!

Simply the best customer service Iâve ever experienced. I ordered a pollytunnel through Amazon 5 months ago and due to bad weather put it straight in my shed. I would strongly advise againstâŠ
I would strongly advise against purchasing from House of Tents.
We bought a marquee for a hen party and set it up exactly as instructed, ensuring it was properly secured. Within 48 hours, the structure completely failed â multiple poles snapped and the marquee collapsed, clearly indicating very poor quality.
When we contacted customer service, the response was extremely disappointing. Not only did they refuse to offer a refund or replacement, but they also dismissed the issue on the basis that we did not take photos of the marquee while it was set up â which is an unreasonable expectation for any customer.
To make matters worse, the manager we spoke to was rude and unprofessional, even laughing during the conversation with my mum, which was completely unacceptable.
This product was clearly not fit for purpose, and the handling of the complaint has been even worse than the product itself.
We are now having to pursue this further to recover our money.
Very poor experience overall.

Fantastic Marquee & Brilliant Service!
We purchased a 6x12 metre marquee from House of Tents in August for a birthday party and couldnât be happier with it. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Delivery was very quick and all the parts arrived promptly and well packaged.
The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the marquee surprisingly simple to set up and take down. The quality of the marquee itself really impressed us. It was sturdy, looked great, and worked perfectly for our event.

Delivery was very fast couple of days to Jersey not bad unfortunately I package arrived and not 4. It has taken more than a week to sort out and find the lost parcels. Eventually tracked them down to a freight company in Jersey who had delivered them to the wrong address. They have now been returned and delivered to me. I had to do a lot of legwork myself otherwise the service was good. Finally resolved, 10th of March, thank you.
