Appalling Customer Service, haven't got a clue what they are doing
I have been chasing a refund for a return since the beginning of January. It is over £600. I keep ringing what I think is a call centre in Africa somewhere and getting no where. When I email, they email me back asking the same questions: name address account number, copy of receipt, copy of email from evri. I keep sending them and I am getting nowhere. So frustrating I could scream!!!!
Would accept return
Sent some t-shirts back as the collars went baggy on a couple after a few washes. I purchased v neck to I know it wasn't something I did.
They wouldn't accept my return as they said they were worn (which they were), although the the quality of the item was not satisfactory.
These t-shirt are not cheap but feel good, although if it's quality is not up to par then I would expect a refund which was refused.
I will not be using jacamo again, and I won't be recommending it to others

Uninformed cancellations
Used to use the company a lot. As a big guy, this was one of the best suited stores for plus size menswear that was still a bit fashionable.
However, recently my orders keep being cancelled without any explanation and that's quite frankly crazy. I never even knrw that it was cancelled the first time until I went to check, after weeks of not receiving my order, if I forgot to place the order and saw it was cancelled on my account.
Faulty item and will not refund!
Very dissapointed - bought a suit which developed fading on the sleeves and they came back to me a couple of times and now will not reply to my emails. They took their time to look as though you have had the item for ages! The suit was expensive and is faulty! Very poor service! Should they respond to my 1 star review I will be sure to respond back.
Easy quick and manageable.
I ordered size 7 trainers
I ordered size 7 trainers - they sent me size 10 inside a box that said size 7 inside - I paid an extra £1 for next day delivery £5.99 in total - they have refunded me for the shoes but not my £5.99 postage as if its my fault!
Is this company in trouble financially? Are they going under?
Awful from start to finish
I rarely complain but from start to finish, my experience with Jacamo has been awful. Across 2 consecutive orders, I received 3 wrong sizes, 3 poor quality/faulty items and 3 cancelled items. I tried to contact customer services multiple times and I've been sent an automatic reply (with the information that is easily accessible online) and then ignored, stuck in an AI loop trying to speak to an agent, and then had to wait an hour to speak to someone on webchat. When I was finally able to speak to a human, it timed me out a minute later (I was halfway through replying) and put back in a queue. I spoke to 3 different agents because of this issue and it took me 1.5 hours to find information that should have been easy to access online.
When I asked to raise a complaint, I was told that they didn't have a specific process to share with me but that my comments would be passed on to the relevant team for review. Ironically, I was timed out for this too just for my efforts to be lost in a black hole.
Also be careful with return periods - most online retailers have a generous extended returns period over Christmas, however Jacamo only accepts returns until 10th Jan and it will take you 3 attempts at contacting customer services + an hour and a half of sitting in queues to find out this info!!

The worst customer service ive ever known . Reported to trading standards as they sent my parcel , was delivered to someone else and have still not investigated and refunded me since before christmas despite me sending proof , asking for it to be investigated , asking for a complaint to be raised and emailing and calling 100's of times . Scammers

Jacamo cancelled my order and when I asked customer services was told the item was out of stock. The item is still showing as available, just at a much higher price.
Customer service also responded with template answers and one reply was the following:
I’m really sorry to hear about your experience regarding ((INSRT CUST’S ISSUE)). I sincerely apologise for any trouble this has caused.
Saw a deal for a product priced…
Saw a deal for a product priced extremely low. Maybe a misprice but I suspect it may have been a way to harvest new user data. Item cancelled with no email sent or explanation given. Klarna payment still taken and no refund initiated as they said they hadn’t processed payment. Still showing active. Poor untrustworthy company. This happened to numerous other users of the deal site also.

Avoid. Fake prices - will cancel as soon as they can WITHOUT TELLING YOU so they can keep your money. Full on scam.
