First time ordering from Jacamo. Thought I'd got a good deal but then my order was cancelled for no reason, no email.. nothing. No explanation at why it was cancelled. Is this a ploy just to get my credit card details?😡 Avoid this scamming company.

Imagine going so full circle with your DEI that you actually now don’t have any white models…

Very easy to do

Phones not been working for days, online chat not working for days, Next day delivery (they use Evri) not arrived. Used to be good, nothing but a mess these days. Avoid.

Poor level of service after my items were delayed even after paying a premium for delivery with several items being stolen in transit from my order. I called three times to the customer care team who talk over you and do not understand basic English. I have emailed and raised a complaint on three occasions with no response at all. After being a customer for so long, the level of service is becoming more and more disappointing. I am considering closing my account and shopping elsewhere with a more credible retailer.

1st and last time ordering. I placed an order in November for a “slim belt”. The belt arrived, just as wide as any other. So I requested a return and used their courier set up to return just a few days later. I contact them mid December to be told that they couldn’t speak to me, as not the account holder, but being the one who set up the account and yes in my name, I knew this was a deflection tactic, having now read other reviews they say this to everyone. So, I stuck with the sarcastic advisor, waited till she would engage with me and then said it’s not been 14 days, go away until then. So I did…… now been 4+ weeks, and guess what, no refund!

Great easy and safe way of paying

To be honest, JD Williams and Jacamo are not the best retailers. If you are looking for a credit account, I would recommend Next or Very. You could try Freemans, but they aren't much better.

​I cannot recommend this website; half of their inventory is out of stock and the selection is disappointing. There is simply no point in using this site for clothing. If you are eligible for a Next account, I suggest you use them; you will be much happier.

This is a company that should be avoided.
They are part of Fashion World another company that should be avoided. Their fraud checks are clearly negligible and cause concern to people who receive their letters like myself saying they have opened accounts.

Joke of a company returned an item 13th November tracking showed they have this. Emailed constantly to no reply final reply yesterday saying I failed verification details as I hadn’t supplied my name etc even this it’s all in the email feed! They just won’t respond and I’m £55 down please do research before using these crooks

Never received order made 19 December waited 45 minutes on live chat no apology nothing just said courier returned to them. Family member had no present won’t be using Jacamo again

1st time on Jacamo - Delivery and shopping experience as expected not bad , nice products . Pretty standard returning about 15% of the £500 order due to size/fit .. however finding it so so difficult to arrange the return to the point I probably won’t be coming back, I’ll just be going elsewhere in future. Sort your App out please you must lose so many customers because of this.

I think these big companies think we are all dumb . Some bright spark kid at JD Williams , I know if we make it really hard to return things, people won’t bother. So so so dumb.

I just paid Jacamo £80...went into jdwilliams receipt cane back with...did the same the other day..your Jacamo app has the payment and balance on the app...I've been paying 17.99 twice a 3 times a month the last couple..I've screenshot ls off all transactions...maybe you should fix the Jacamo app I've been using fir years.. I have another app fir jdwilliams which I pay too..same balance and same payments on both apps...that my friends is not my fault..these apps are giving out the wrong information and I have done goodness knows how many times...was never late with my Jacamo payments ever until this last couple months..if jd Williams own Jacamo it should say so in app..not jdwilliams balance and payment om it...and its not my responsibility for your flaws

Out of 22 pairs of jeans looked at no sizes available at all waste of time
