Why is everyone writing bad reviews? I ordered from jack threads even AFTER I read all the bad reviews. Nothing went wrong. They have GREAT customer service! I have got a response very quickly if I had any questions or concerns. All my shipments arrived the same day they were supposed to. I have now ordered from them 3 times now and have no regrets. Just make sure you get all the right sizing so you don't have to return anything :). Definitely suggest ordering from them! Love jack threads and will be ordering many more things from them.

I was wrong about this company! They provided quick delivery, great products, and exceptional customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes that they did in fact arrive on time but was found near a neighbors house. It was clearly not the company's fault. Before I discovered the package actually did arrive e-mailed customer service and they replied quickly the next day for I sent my email off hours. They promptly offered an investigation and a refund. I highly recommend this company and apologize greatly for the trouble.

I've never heard of this site. Had my email address up on Soundcloud (an artist email that I've never signed up to anything with), and I start getting spam mail. These are one of the spammers. I'll never use your site for anything because of this, whatever you do.

I honestly believe that these guys keep two or three items of each style in the larger sizes. Within seconds of a sale being posted, the large sizes are gone. This includes shoes (US 13). I'm 6"2', 230lbs with big ass feet so not being able to grab anything from the site is unbearable. They need to order in more of the larger sizes and when done my review will significantly improve.

I've ordered from JackThreads a few times now and have gotten everything around the estimated time they told me. I usually double check the retail prices on these discount sites to make sure they're not exaggerating and they're not - you're getting real savings!

The first time I bought some shoes and the package didn't arrive by the last estimated day; I started an online chat with a customer service rep. when they didn't arrive and she told me to wait 5 days and if I didn't get them by then they'd give me a full refund. I got them 2 business days later and despite the lag of a couple days the shoes were well worth the wait (I saved $60). The second time I bought a wallet and shirt from them and got them within 2 business days, so that was pretty impressive and made up for the last shipment's issues.

Honestly, I don't like the company they used to handle my shipments (which is essentially a broker between JT & the postal companies/customs) because they didn't bother to scan my first two shipments (making the tracking info useless) but if this shipping company keeps costs down and simplifies the process, I guess those are issues I'll put up with for future purchases.

I live a few hours away from the Canada-U.S. border and my shipping/brokerage fees usually only come to $30 (give or take) for a purchase under $100, to give you some perspective on what the fees are like for us Canadians. Prepaying the customs fees/taxes cuts down on shipping time so I actually like that they do that.

This is THE place to go for streetwear and some pieces you can get to change up your style.

They have great merchandise and amazing prices. I have never received clothing from them that I didn't love and many of their products would be hard to find anywhere else regardless of price. So when you factor in the prices they sell for there is no question it's a great deal. Yea their shipping can take along time but they clearly explain why this is the case and I haven't found their shipping to be any less reliable than other online stores. If you need to get your order right away or before an upcoming event you do run the risk of being dissapointed but if you are willing to wait a month you may as well get twice as much for the same price instead of spending that month tracking down the same stuff for more money.

This is my favorite company of all time. I'm convinced the people who wrote these negative reviews was either intoxicated, or having a really bad day. There deals are unreal. I save an average of 50% on every order. Yes, sometimes, it does take a month or more to get you your stuff, but that is CLEARLY STATED in the item description. Personally, if I don't need something right away, I'll wait a month if it means I get 75% off. Have a little patience, and look a little closer. If its just one of the regular sales, I'll usually get it with 9 days. Not only that, but they have the best customer service department I've ever dealt with. EVER. I've called in about minor things a number of times and they've always been extremely laid back, easy to talk to, and helpful. Most recent story? I had two packages ($150 total) stolen. USPS literally said "Sorry they were taken. Nothing we can do." and hung up. I called Jackthreads expecting nothing, hoping for a discount or something maybe, but the gave me a FULL REFUND with no hassle. It wasn't even their fault and they did this. I shop online a lot and no other company I've dealt with cares about satisfying each individual customer enough to do that. I will never stop shopping here and spreading the word about this phenomenal company.

TL;DR: SHOP HERE. THEY ROCK. THE DEALS ARE WORTH THE OCCASIONAL WAIT.

The site is ok, quality is alright and shipping was fast.

HOWEVER: They only ship with UPS which charges outrageous brokerage fee, the duty fees will be high since almost all their items are made in Asia, and you will have to pay sale tax (HST) on top of it all. Therefore, their bargain prices end up being higher than regular store prices.

But WAIT, THAT'S NOT ALL: If something doesn't fit, you will have to pay to ship it back since their special return system is only for US customer. AND TO TOP IT ALL, THEY DON'T REFUND, YOU WILL ONLY GET STORE CREDITS, LETTING YOU EXPECT THE SAME BROKERAGE FEES/DUTY FEES HELL FROM UPS AGAIN.

To be fair, the fact that fees and taxes will be charged for Canadians customer is mentioned before you order and the "you have to pay to return for store credit" is in the FAQ. But guess I was an idiot to trust this site and a major company like UPS to do honest business.

DO NOT BUY! Worst customer service in the entire world. It took them over a month and a half for me to recieve the goods I purchased. Mind you after I ordered some items they emailed me a couple weeks after saying that only particle could complete my order. Then after I received my items they came in a box that looked completely trashed. It's great if you're happy with buying crap. I tried to return the item. I mailed it back, paid for the shipping and everything, and they accepted my return, but they would not return my money. I emailed their customer service multiple times, but they assured me multiple times that I will not be getting a refund. I've never experienced a company that sends nasty emails to customers. It's not a company that I'll be buying every again. Absolutely horrible experience.

crap customer service and you'll wait 4-6 weeks to get your goods. if you check out reviews, this is standard operating procedure. if you are in a hurry, look elsewhere and save yourself the agony. it would be nice if they warned you of this before placing your order.

I ordered two jackets from the company. Took six weeks to receive them (of course they charge your credit card right away!). Anyway got the jackets poor fit so I returned them for "store credit." They give you something called a "RMA" authorization to track your return shipment. I returned the jackets in March. I am still waiting on my return store credit!! And it is now June 2011!

The company fails to reply to emails even though they guarantee that someone will contact you in 48 hrs. I placed an order on Nov. 22nd in hopes to receive it before Christmas, no such luck. It is not Dec 30th and STILL NO PACKAGE. JackThreads has awesome stuff at great prices, but their service and customer service is horrible.
