I found a bargain, selected 'checkout with Paypal', however in the last step of checkout I get landed with additional £6 tax and £6 shipping. This was not displayed in the original price I agreed to pay by Paypal. However the payment has already been taken at this stage.
Now I have to chase back my money.
There should never be additional costs AFTER agreeing to pay.
Waste of time and money.

- It's been almost a month since ordering, still haven't received
- Customer Service lied to me, said that changing there site slightly meant an increase in time for shipping, which makes no sense at all
- Said they would check my order status with the courier, never did

Awful customer service, Massive delivery times, and even during the sales the clothes are still overpriced.

Reasons why to shop with Jackthreads:
1. The app. Cool, convenient, easy to use.
2. Selection. You want to shop around town or a dozen other websites to see a fraction of this selection? Yeah me neither.
3. You work hard for your money. I want gear that works hard for me. The things I ordered look good cause the quality is there and the fit is awesome. The product delivered on the descriptions of the items I received.
4. The service. When I contacted the nice people at Jack threads with questions about my order they were prompt in getting me the info I requested. Turns out I already had the info cause they sent it in my order and shipping confirmation emails (junk folder, who knew?).

I think you get the point. I like when things work the way they're supposed to. Jackthreads does just that. I will do a lot more business with them in the future.

JackThreads has a great collection and I got a pair of Levis from them. It was well under the original price. Only problem is that it took about a week longer than I had expected. Great overall experience though.

I placed my first order with them six days ago and it is only today that they've shipped my items. Will still have to judge the quality of their stuff but six days to get around to shipping an order seems excessive. What the heck were they doing for six days?

I'm serious! I have been buying stuff online since 1999 and this is the first website I have ever ordered from that does not give refunds, even if you buy something that you don't like and return it right away! I was not aware of this when I ordered some shirts and my jaw is still dropped from when I found out I could not get my money back!

Horrible return policy if you could even call it that. My watch stopped working after one month and now I can't return it, because it's outside of the return window.

**Just be aware of their return policy (or lack thereof) before purchasing something from this site. I originally wrote a scathing review for this company but had to come back and edit it because customer service rectified the situation quickly after I contacted them..

I ordered two bags so I could decide which color I liked better in person and return the other. Both said "returnable" on the bottom of the product page. I assumed this meant for a full refund and did not check their return policy. They do not offer refunds for any returned merchandise, only store credit. The bag was $148. I was pissed when I realized I had lost all that money but a customer service rep listened to my individual case and made an exception to their policy so I am giving a more positive review. I still think their return policy sucks and that they should say 'for exchange' or 'for store credit' in item descriptions after the word "returnable"
As long as you are aware of this policy they have some cool stuff at good prices, and I can attest to good customer service.

Clothes fit horribly, online "size on Models is incorrect" I am a 5'11" 165 lb man and a medium suit was way to tight could barely button the suit. Not sure how they sizes are this far off.

Worse yet is they will not refund your card, but give you a store credit. What a horrible experience.

I bought from jackthreads twice. Once was a blazer that came in looking kinda ugly, but it was cheap so I couldnt care less. I recently ordered a blazer and a matching pair of pants from jackthreads for 130 dollars. The material was horrible. The color looks nothing like from the pictures. The fit was impossibly tight. They do accept returns, which is good. But they will only return store credit. My 130 dollars is gone. Maybe I'll use the credit to buy shoes OH WAIT you can't return shoes if the box is unboxed. Well how would I know if I should return it if I can't open the box?

PS. Packaging looks flimsy and dirty. Which third world country did they pack my suit at?

I ordered some Hillsboro Vincent shoes size 9. I'd read a bunch of bad reviews after I'd already ordered because I thought "wow classy shoes for a low price, can't beat that". They had a sale, and as adamant as I was I decided to stick to my order. Fortunately it came in less than a week, and I received a tracking number and all that. My billing and shipping address were different but they put my shipping address in both. Not a big deal but kind of an unprofessional mistake. The shoes didn't come with extra laces as advertised, and the trim on the bottom on one of the shoes wasn't long enough to reach all the way around. About 1/8th of an inch shy. I immediately realized why the price was so irresistible. These were definitely factory defects deemed no good for stores. Like the rest of their merchandise I'm sure given the site's track record. They're also like two sizes too big. I wear a 9 and these were way too long. Kind of bummed out about that because they look like clown shoes. Other than those few mishaps they're nice quality. Definitely be hesitant when purchasing from them. I'm not appalled, because I read the reviews and was expecting as much; plus I got what I paid for. Hope this helps.

I wouldn't be surprised if everything on this site is grade B factory throw-aways considering the quality of the two things I've bought from there. I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering this, but they don't say that anywhere on the site.
-Bought a pair of nice headphones whose speakers lasted only a couple months--I've spent half that price since then, and got better sounding ones that worked for over a year.
-Recently bought a pair of pricey Oliberte shoes and I'm seriously thinking these are fake, there is blatant construction/quality issues that would only be acceptable if I paid $10 for them.

PLNDR.com is a much better alternative, I've ordered over $200 worth of clothing from them over the years and have never encountered such quality issues.

All the fuss that people are talking about happens with every company. Get over yourselves people!! JT has great stylish clothes, really good prices. I have ordered clothes more than 10 times from here. Yes, sometimes I received clothes that didn't fit right, it happens! If you don't like that, then go to the store and try it on. Problem solved. To me I'd rather stay away from the mall. I returned it and got store credit. I will say it takes some time to see the credit (10-14days) but it's not a huge deal. The other aspect is that they ONLY do credit, no refunds. Not the greatest customer service model, but since I buy a lot of stuff from here it works for me. Other than that I recommend this site.

I bought two sweatshirts for my son. One didn't look like the picture so we returned it (they probably sent the wrong item). I returned it and never heard from them, so I thought it was lost in the mail. The return process is through USPS, and there is no tracking.
Then I received a package of men's briefs from them and a shipping charge on my credit card. I thought my son had ordered it using the "store credit", which I didn't even know that I had. My son didn't order it. There was no order confirmation in his email. So, maybe they generated it; who knows. Anyway, I worked for an Internet retailer for 9 years so I should have known better than to order from such an amateur website. I requested a return of my remaining credit, but don't expect to receive it.

I have ordered from this site 3 times already and very satisfied, i had minor misunderstanding that was resolved quickly .I will continue to order from this site because they have good sales.

After ordering a pair of shoes I was sent two pairs and charged for both, and they don't even accept international returns! Unbelievable

Buyers beware! I ordered a tux on Jackthreads. When it arrived, it didn't fit well and the fabric and tailoring felt and looked cheap. Not only did I pay out of pocket to return the item, when it was received by the company I was notified that I could only receive store credit for a future purchase. I'll never buy from Jackthreads again, nor do I recommend anyone else do so. LL Bean and Banana Republic and Zappos all include free return shipping and will issue refunds directly to your credit card.

This is not a review about buying products but about my experience of only working there for 6 days!! however i will note that before buying anything that you review their exchange policy and return policy before you buy anything from this company!

I know this will sound like some angry rant because they didn't want to keep me but i want to share my experience. I went through a temp agency and all of a sudden jackthreads wanted to hire me and to come in on short notice. unfortunately i couldn't so they were kind enough to allow me to come in the next day. Well the first week was a lot of information to take in for someone who has never worked in a call center type of enviroment before so i was really confused and just trying to take in all the information they were throwing at me. i even went home and spent all of my free time studying the information to make sure i was getting everything right.

During the first week they started making us shadow the current employees and even start responding to some customer e-mails. Well on the second week we are still shadowing the employees and i was now getting comfortable with this position thinking that i would definitely be able to do an excellent job and really be able to connect with everyone and the employees now. then i go home.....and i see the e-mail that they do not think i am a "fit" for the company.

Exactly what did i do? i know i am on the introverted side so when the supervisor kept asking if i had any questions i always said no because i really did not have any questions at the time. and how exactly am i not a "fit" i worked in customer service for 3 1/2 years and 1 year as an assistant manager at a coffee shop. I highly think that i am able to do a customer service job where i have to talk to people! am i too nice for them? am i too quiet? i doubt it. I think the reason was because we were having a meeting and they asked me to give them a good quality customer service experience that i have had before and i couldn't give them anything. why? because it takes me a little bit of time to come up with an experience like that if i never pay attention to it in the first place. and that was really the last meeting i had with them before they decided to can me. Also i would have appreciated if they had talked to me about whatever problem they had with me so i could fix it. but unfortunately i never received any kind of hint that they had any issues regarding me.

i would really like to know the reason of why i was let go while i was still in training and never actually was able to perform the job that i was hired for. i know that i would have been one of the best customer service reps for everyone here. but too bad that the company didn't live up to their statement in their employee handbook by "evaluating employee performance overtime". they seriously consider 6 days while still in training performance of the job?
