David and his paralegal were both excellent, they explained everything that was going to happen and any likely outcomes on my court date.

They were thorough and kept me informed throughout. On my court date the barrister was well versed in my case and we secured a favourable outcome.

I had a very good experience with Lyons Davidson, especially with my solicitor Amayi. From the beginning to the end of the family court case, she was patient, supportive, and very friendly. She always accepted my opinions, listened carefully, and used her own experience to guide me.

All the emails, calls, and conferences I received were very clear, helpful, and always on time. Even when Amayi was away for a short time, her colleagues supported me straight away, so I never felt any gap or delay. The communication within the team was strong, and I always felt well looked after.

LyonDavidson solicitors dealt with my car accident claim. The solicitor dealt with my claim in a professional manner and constantly kept me updated on the progress of my case.My case concluded on the 19th September 2025.

The start of the process wasn’t my best experience with the company. Since David Bushell took the helm, ( with a little help from James Chapman ) it has been a totally professional process with a positive outcome.

David Ollivere, my Solicitor, was very professional. He explained my situation legally and the options open to me very clearly and often using other case examples which really helped make the point he was wanting to demonstrate. He was very efficient administratively, responding in a timely way. I also found him supportive, kind and empathic - I felt he was very much on my side, which was very important to me. Patience with someone not used to the legal processes and doing things online polite and considerate

Communication was excellent, responsive and clear. Initially by Andy Vraitch, then taken over by Adam Sedgwick, the matter (a road traffic accident) was handled professionally and carefully, leading to a judgement 100% in our favour. The case took well over a year to resolve, but this was entirely due to the court system and was no reflection on Andy or Adam's handling of the matter. I am entirely satisfied with the service received.

Andy Vraitch managed my file with professionalism, responded to enquiries speedily and was extremely helpful throughout. He provided advice and guidance when required and ensured I was fully supported throughout.

Really well handle after nearly years well done

Not a good experience at all, took nearly 4 years (yes that's 4 years) to settle a clear proven case of vet negligence. Poor communication right the way through, used unqualified staff, often working 3 day week, or half days. No responsiveness or urgency, nearly cost me the case, case could have been settled in 18 months. Would not recommend to any client in my situation.
