DONT GO NEAR THEM ordered a denim jacket in a large as website stated, the wrong colour has turned up and its so tight I cant move my arms properly! Also has no label inside so who knows what size i actually have. Speaking with customer service 'sophie' theyre adiment I have what i ordered which means theyre using fake pictures! Wish id checked this site first! Arguing with 'sophie' about what kind of refund I get they then werent happy i left a review on here and insisted I wouldn't get a refund until I changed my review which I eventually did and then they said they can't see the update! They're con artists with no intention of honouring whatever rubbish it says on their site! I've had enough of being messed about

Very bad website. I've been trying to return my purchase (wrong size) since I bought it back in March and they never replied to me.
I would never recommend this website.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered a pair of shoes which eventually arrived but wrong size. Reordered and the same again, wrong size. Was then offered a reduction on my next purchase with no refund for the shoes which don't fit. Keep away from them.

Not great sizing, not as good quality as I had hoped and I was not able to easily return the item. I would not purchase from here again.

Will never order again. Recently ordered a leather biker jacket which has arrived after 2 weeks and was 100% polyester faux leather very cheap quality. Wanted to send back for full refund but the cost to send China was higher than the items price Customer service was very helpful they gave me at least 30% refund from the whole price.

Terrible experience.
Poor product.
Wanted to return and never received a response to my email to request a return despite chasing.
Would not recommend.

Shipping took around a week for me which felt fair. Tracking updates were consistent the whole time too.

i’m picky with dresses because the chest area usually fits weird on me but this one surprisingly worked. no awkward pulling or anything.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Despite their policies on their website, they do not adhere to them.
Quality of goods are poor.
Refusing to pay for the return & refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM.

AVOID. I have 4 times explained via email and refund portal - I have received a polyester jacket instead of the leather one I ordered. Each time I keep getting emails back saying “you have received the correct item” I given photos but they keep emailing the same comments. after this experience looking at trust pilot it states they mis-sell items regularly advertising false information . Wish I had looked before this experience! I keep getting “Sophie” giving same response , you received the item. But the item I received is NOT the “genuine leather” item I ordered. DISGRACEFUL.

Please do not put a comment on this review like you have on other people’s saying “email us” as I have been in contact via email for 4 days and your still not willing to refund for the mis sale” as other people say …Whole website is a scam

They are stealing from the public.
Items are not as advertised but they refuse to refund unless you remove the negative reviews. Of which there are many.
Avoid.

19 days to deliver, poorly packed and shoes ordered a size 4 and look like a six so cheap and nasty plastic and advertised as real leather reduced from £80 to £40, better shoes from charity shop avoid at all costs

I bought a jacket from there but unfortunately the size was too big for me. I was not very happy with the design either so I decided to return it. From the beginning I got in contact with customer service and they helped me straight away with the whole process. So at the end I must say that the customer service is good and helpful.

One thing I liked was how feminine the styles feel without looking too overdone. Some stores try too hard with details but these pieces stay pretty balanced. Easy to style too because most colors are neutral and classy. Feels very wearable for actual life.

got one of the summer dresses and it instantly became my idk what to wear outfit. easy but still looks dressed up.

Ordered 2 items never received keep getting messages as dispatched but Royal Mail reference not working just keep saying in transit from the reviews i have read this company is fraud

I ordered a pair of dark brown Leather sandals from this co
what arrived after weeks of waiting was the cheapest pair of plastic sandals you could imagine
The colour of white milky tea.
Like most people on this sight I email Mary Yeager and got a reply from the bot (Sophie Smith)
No return label ,It would be up to me to pay for the item to be return. Was offered 30% and keep the item or give to a charity shop, just like others on this site. tbh I wouldn't give the sandals to a charity shop as I'm sure they would have been rejected. They have gone to recycling. I settled for 50% of my money back as I was getting annoyed with the whole Mary Yeager experience. If I could have this co removed from the web I would. I took a hit of £20...not the end of the world but really,I wouldn't recommend Mary Yeager to my worst enemy .Their site says 30 day money back guarantee, not true, free shipping, not true.

You will receive a reply from Mary Yeager customer service team..saying how sorry they are at how your experience with then ended. Mary Yeager is a scam co,and they know they. Please avoid at all cost.

Cannot trust this company sadly.
I ordered a dress from what I believed to be a UK company. What was delivered was NOTHING like advertised, wrong colour, poor quality and shapeless, button elastic didn't even stretch far enough to go around the buttonss.
When I complained, Sophie got in touch to offer a 15% discount on return of the item, but it needed to be sent back to China.
I stated my contract was with them as a UK company, not the warehouse in China. I was then offered a 30% discount and keep the dress to gift it or give it to charity! The elastic for the buttons doesn't stretch enough to go around the buttons, so without alterations the dress is useless.
Why would I give a dress I can't wear to someone as a gift or to a charity shop?
I opened a chargeback with my credit card, and hey presto I got a full refund and was asked to remove my initial review in exchange for that, which I did as I believed 'Sophie' when she said they were a UK company doing their best and looking at quality issues in the supply chain. I even wished her all the best with her company.
I now see they are no longer a UK company (this has happened in the last 2 days) and have suddenly moved to the Netherlands, so do not feel this is a trustworthy business at all.
Avoid at all costs, it will take your time, energy and money and you will get nothing in return except really shoddy goods. Reading the reviews, I am one of the lucky ones as I got a full refund, but I believe that is only because I raised an issue with my credit card company.
