Efficient, fast and pleasure to work with!

We have been dealing with Emma and she's always been very helpful and pleasant to speak to. We definitely giving 5 stars, as we are very happy with the service and timely responses every time We've asked anything. Moreover, she has given appropriate answers to our each and every questions.

Our mortgage advisor Emma Morley was fantastic.
Right from the first call the entire process has been less than a month and she got us sorted out considering it was over the Christmas holidays.
Everyone talks about how getting a mortgage is stressful but she made sure she provided all information we needed to know and also providing expert advice needed as first time buyers.

Absolutely superb Service from Vicki Collins-Cramp. We have used Vicki’s service several times over the past six years and most recently in this summer for a house move. Vicki’s knowledge is fantastic, she is always efficient and you are never waiting for important tasks to be actioned. Vicki will continually keep you up to date and come back to you promptly with any questions you have. Honest, personable advice is always offered and very polite and approachable to deal with. A 100% professional. Highly recommend.

Penny Bennett guided myself and my partner through our mortgage application for our first home and was spot on throughout. She was available at a wide variety of times which worked for us due to our busy schedules. She was also super helpful when it came to answering any questions, even some that at the time may have felt daft! I originally spoke to Keyla, who was great, she did a brilliant job.
I'm a 1st time buyer so it was all really new to me.
I asked many questions and Keyla was very knowledgeable, if she didn't know the answers, she would go away and come back and she would have it.
We also changed the property that we were looking at during the process, which was probably a tad annoying.
Keyla didn't bat an eyelid she just got to work and sorted it for me which I really appreciated as I understand it was probably a load more paperwork for her.
We then moved onto Ben, he was equally as brilliant and kind and understanding of my lack of knowledge.
He explained everything in a way I understood and was just really patient and helpful.
He was always contactable and I never felt rushed.
We then moved onto Olivia, now Olivia must be a saint!
She is very knowledgeable also and I really have asked quite a few questions of Olivia.
She has been nothing but kind, understanding and polite, even if I asked what may seem like silly questions.
They've all been excellent throughout the entire process and made it as stress free as they possibly could for me.
I appreciate and I am very grateful for their time and help.
I'd advise anyone to go with them as it's been a great customer experience from start to finish through everyone I've been in contact with.

Emma Morley was excellent from start to finish. She jumped on our case immediately, and made sure she found the perfect mortgage for us to secure our dream home. I was looking to buy my next home and recommended by a friend to speak to Andrew O’Toole of Meridian mortgages.

Andrew came across as very knowledgeable, professional and very honest. He clarified all of the options available, was extremely clear and brought into focus what had seemed a bit of a mine field and confusing before speaking to him.
