I recently had the pleasure of working with Nyk Reader from Meridian Mortgages, and I must say the experience was exceptional. Nyk was proactive, polite, and incredibly helpful, ensuring that every step of the mortgage process was smooth and stress-free. In what is often a stressful time with conveyancing, Nyk's approach made a significant difference by ensuring there was one less thing to worry about. Additionally, Meridian Mortgages efficiently handled the buildings insurance, adding to the seamless experience. I highly recommend Nyk Reader and Meridian Mortgages for anyone seeking a pleasant and painless mortgage journey.

I was quite confused about renewing my mortgage. However Emma was great explaining my options, and making the process smooth and simple. It has been a great experience overall.

I recently worked with Meridian Mortgages after a recommendation from David Wilson Homes. Initially, I was hesitant to proceed, but I decided to give them a chance. My experience started with one representative who, despite her efforts, concluded that my situation was too challenging and advised me to consider a smaller property. Naturally, I was quite upset.

A few days later, my case was transferred to another representative who reassured me with confidence, saying, "Don't worry, I will arrange a mortgage for you." This gave me renewed hope. She, along with Tom and the rest of the team, worked diligently on my case. Despite their hard work, our first attempt with Vida Loans fell through, which left me feeling quite disheartened as they offered a high-interest rate of around 8%.

However, Tom and his team didn't give up. They managed to secure another potential mortgage with Skipton, but unfortunately, that also fell through at the last minute. At this point, I was losing hope, but Tom, Georgia, and Elyse reassured me that they would take full responsibility and continue working to secure a mortgage for me.

Their perseverance paid off. After a few more weeks of tireless effort, they arranged a mortgage with an acceptable interest rate, and I was finally able to purchase my dream home.

I am incredibly grateful for the dedication and support of Tom and his amazing team. They provided exceptional service and worked relentlessly to secure a mortgage that suited my needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Meridian Mortgages to anyone looking for professional and committed mortgage brokers.

My first experience was with a female mortgage advisor who spoke to us very belittling which I informed them on the feedback call they suggested someone else and we had Joe Florence and he couldn’t do enough for us he was brilliant and would have gained 5 star rating however after not returning my emails I emailed a generic email address only to be told he left. Nobody told us so I wasn’t impressed after that I felt things went downhill customer service wise.

We cannot thank Tom Bell and James enough for their invalued support and guidance during purchasing our first property!

We faced a number of setbacks during our house purchasing journey especially with incompetent mortgage advisors and were ready to throw in the towel until we were recommended Meridian Mortgages. We initially spoke with James who thoroughly assessed our case and we instantly knew we were in good hands as James had a wealth of mortgage knowledge and assured us they would be able to find us a solution unlike other mortgage advisors we had spoken to.

We were then passed to Tom who looked after us until completion, Tom worked tirelessly finding the right solution for us and was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. He always kept us informed throughout the whole process so we always knew what was going on. We could tell that the team at MM really do know their stuff and they will be able to find you a solution when others can't!
