To be honest after reading some reviews was a bit worried, but everything was smooth , nice car all on time 3 min coach trip pick car up , drop off simple

The information received from the staff were clear. From and to airport there is a shuttle. The procedure to return h to e car is easy. The car was in line with the reservation we made and it was in order. Reccommended.

Such an easy experience, the gentleman at the arrivals gate was extremely helpful.

Abbiamo preso la macchina senza franchigia e lasciato un piccolo deposito con carta di credito solo per la benzina.
La macchina era nuova e pulita con km illimitati, inclusa Irlanda del Nord.

Il desk è dentro l’aeroporto e poi ti portano con un pulmino alla macchina.
Tutti gentili.
La macchina l’avevamo prenotata mesi prima dall Italia e pagata online (con possibilità di disdetta fino a 24 ore prima, mi sembra)

Excellent services at the airport, great car, equipped with CarPlay, amazing quality.

All went smoothly it's good to have the peace of mind of being fully insured without having to leave a deposit on a credit card. Will use NewWay car hire from now onn. Little bit more expensive but in my opinion worth it.

Check in and picking up our vehicle was quick & easy. Also everything was explained very proffesionally at the desk.

Ho noleggiato l'auto dal 4 all'11 agosto ritiro a Dublino e riconsegna a Shannon tutto perfetto semplice e pratico. La caparra carburante mi è stata restituita in meno di 24 ore!!! L'auto a me riservata aveva qualche danno alla carrozzeria (ci sta, va bene per la Wild Atlantic Way) alcuni dei quali non segnalati sul contratto mi è bastato mostrare le foto fatte al momento del ritiro (mi raccomando fatele) per chiarire ogni dubbio alla riconsegna. In conclusione consigliatissimo. 5 stelle meritate.

Easiest car hire I've ever had. Simple booking process online, not bombarded with emails after booking, very fast desk at arrivals with no add-ons as all was included in the booking, quick transport to car collection and excellent return instructions. Drop-off was also very efficient. On top of that the car was exactly as described and booked, clean and, unlike the last one we hired, had oil in the engine.

I had to go to the AVIS counter to rent the car. Even though I had a reservation, I was told to wait 20 minutes because they were busy and didn't have a child seat available. When I went to return the car, I wanted to get to the airport quickly, but a tattooed female employee was hugging a man right in front of customers and didn't attend to me immediately. I’m not sure which company was actually at fault, but it was an unpleasant experience.

Ottimo prezzo, anche con assicurazione completa di tutto (a parte perdita chiavi e inserimento di carburante errato) e servizio eccellente.
Abbiamo preso una macchina dall'aeroporto di Cork: facilissimo prendere l'auto, facilissimo riportarla con le indicazioni date dalla compagnia.

The car wasn’t available for collection at the airport as expected. When I arrived at the offsite pick up point I then had to wait for 15 minutes for it to be prepared. The car is 4 years old, is dented, all the wheels are scuffed and there is 162,000 Km on the clock! Time it was put out of its misery!
