We run repair business for another businesses and know how important to keep the word. When restaurant is having leaking fridge that may cause them thousand dollars and what is crucial - customers, if it is not fixed on time. When we order a part for fixing that fridge and order 2 day delivery, the last thing we can expect that the part will shipped only 2 days after you paid for it. It is very unprofessional and carelessly. Lesson is taken: do not trust if you are not sure.

I returned product that was not properly built by the manufacturer as it was not grounded to the power plug.... left floating. Returned and I was charged 33% restocking charge. That is more profit than what a distributor would typically make on the sale. So you sent to me, received it back and took every bit of profit and have the profit. What a great way to rip off the consumer. Bad Bad Bad business and shame on you!

Stay Away!!!!!!! Purchased 2 Potter & Brumfield relays from them about a year ago. They cost me $100. I installed them last week. They are both totally defective unusable garbage!!!!!! I contacted them and they said to refer to there return policy which sates that they must have been returned within 30 days of purchase along with a 15% restocking fee! All this for defective unusable parts! They stole my money and supplied defective parts to me! BE AWARE IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL YOUR COMPONENTS IN 30 DAYS THEY WILL STEAL YOU MONEY FOR JUNK PARTS!!!!!!
