Saw them at the ideal home exhibition in London and we’re looking for some chairs. They had the right colour and shape we wanted delivery was quick and we love the chairs

Bought the product at Ideal Home exhibition at a price that was very reasonable.

Discovered this company at The Idea Home Show, ordered my sofa on the Monday and it was delivered on the following Wednesday after the Easter BH weekend. Lady at the show was very helpful. I had an email letting me know when it was being delivered and it was without delay. The delivery chap could not have been more helpfull. Well done, bravo.

Goods still not received. Emails not answered

The quality of the product (in our case a set of 6 dining chairs) was second to none. There was no assembly required and they were delivered promptly with great communication. Great value and customer service, would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a sofa on sunday the 25th and it came last night the 28th. What service. So pleased with my sofa. Amazing value for money and just cute. Only had to put on the legs. All round super service and lovely product. Thank you.

Ordering was simple however communications were not great. I wasn't sure when the sofa was coming (took longer than expected). However once I'd chased a couple of times, confirmation of delivery was given. Delivery company didn't call on the day as originally told so I had no idea when they'd be here.
It was raining when the sofa arrived and the driver was going to leave it on the drive in the box. Too heavy for me to lift, luckily my neighbour managed to get him to help him get it inside.
The sofa itself was very easy to put together. Really lovely and very comfortable.

This item is a Christmas gift for my 14yo daughter, who picked the vanity herself, and I know she will be very upset that you cancelled the order after 5 weeks waiting because - you say - you don’t offer delivery to Kent.

Your website implies you deliver everywhere in U.K. mainland. When you open the shipping policy there are the usual exclusions - remote areas etc. But it is only when you scroll right down to the bottom of your shipping policy you find a whole load of excluded postcodes in other areas. This is not prominent! And apparently it’s down to the courier you use - well maybe pick one with national coverage? And it’s down to me to check the small print! Kent is hardly remote, so I had no particular reason to go hunting through your shipping policy minutea to check this detail. And surely when I placed the order using one of these excluded postcodes, that would have been the time to flag it before I paid over my money???

I am so annoyed that you cancelled my order after 5 weeks of waiting without any discussion or exploration of alternate delivery methods/locations.

Had you called before hitting the cancel button, I would have been happy to have the product delivered to another address where your courier covers, and I could have arranged onward transit myself.

But no, there was no discussion.

Upon receipt of your very impersonal cancellation notice I emailed you straight away to ask for a phone call to discuss, but again no call was received.

When I did get hold of your customer support number some 24hrs later (which is not listed but it is 020 7205 5503 for anyone who needs it) you just said my goods have been resold and shipped to another customer already and I have to place a new order and wait another 6-8 weeks.

All this doesn’t suggest you care too much for your customers.

Simple, easy to navigate website with great furniture. Good communication. Fast delivery. Very happy with my purchase. Ordered the grey faux sheepskin footstool and it looks great.

Beautiful console table. Just perfect for our renovation project. We looked hard for just the right piece of furniture and Orchard Home came up trumps. Great customer service and communication on delivery, particularly as we ordered over the Christmas and New Year holiday period.

Beautiful bedside cabinets delivered within the time schedule by a very helpful and friendly driver.
