Still trying to organise a date for delivery if replacement as item damaged and unusable initially replied to emails now have stopped I’ve had to start a claim through PayPal shocking service I’m so disappointed as the item was a present for my daughter if someone is reading this please get in touch with regard to organising a replacement.

Update - have now received replacement and everything is Ok I do not think company is a scam just a bit disorganised but it does cause the customer stress.

Terrible experience. We have contacted them to resolve the damage and even after two reminders we are still waiting!

I ordered sofas at the Ideal Home Show. They were delivered within a week and they are great.

However, they sent only 1 man to deliver, so he asked for assistance. Being helpful I said OK. The first sofa started to slip and I asked to stop. He put his end down without warning and I was left carrying the weight. The sofa fell and twisted my hand. I was in a great deal of pain so I grabbed children who helped to finish the job. I spent Easter Saturday at minor injuries checking it wasn't broken. They said not, but I'm now 4 weeks in and still can't use my hand properly and the bone is painful.

I've contacted the company several times but apart from one holding email they are now not responding.

They have a duty of care not only to their driver but to me as client and they have failed.
Dreadful customer service.

Scam company! Ordered around 60 days ago and still no goods. Ignore all emails. Just started chargeback.

1. The product did not describe it was a preorder item.
2. The email provided on checkout was correct as TrustPilot contacted myself using this email to confirm this review is correct - as you have tried to remove it.
3. You received 3 emails from me and all was ignored.
4. You made no attempt to contact or reply to emails.

Absolutely love the furniture I ordered at the Ideal Home Show, and the delivery a week later was great, exactly as promised. They were very helpful and responsive to a query I had about access for the sofa. So, all good, well done - HOWEVER, I'm very sorry to say I feel 'conned' by Thomas at the Ideal Home Show. He quoted me a 3 year guarantee on the sofa, which was an important part of my decision to buy it. But I have been absolutely unable to get any evidence of this from Orchard, despite several emails. They have failed to reply to my last 2 emails chasing this. I believe I have been polite about this and feel I've given them every chance to resolve this for me. But nothing received. So I now have to just hope I don't have a problem with my sofa in the next 3 years, as I have absolutely nothing to confirm the guarantee Thomas sold to me. Disappointed in that, I believed better of him and the company.

Met these guys at Olympia ideal home show in London. They had great time for me and my family. Bought some chairs and they were delivered so quick within the next week
Will be buying of these guys again
Forgot to mention the delivery driver was so professional

Excellent product and delivery service. Really pleased with the product. Product was well packaged but a couple of bulbs didn’t work and company sent extras asap. Would buy from company again.

This is the best company I've done business with in a long time. Their customer service is 2nd to none very responsive. I would like to give the delivery driver a special * he was awesome.

Delivery came several days early, this was great! My new bedside tables have transformed my bedroom and made it even more beautiful!

Really good company. No hassle. Highly recommend.
