Very fast delivery and item as described

My dinning chairs are wonderful. Appear to be well made and are comfortable. Orchard Homes delivers a great fast service and the delivery driver was excellent and friendly. All this and amazing prices. I am so glad a stumbled across this company. 😃

Very quick delivery; excellent product

Amazing service, fast, friendly and incredibly efficient.

Product came late. Driver couldn’t find it in his lorry. When it finally did come it looked quite different to the item pictured. Had to pay for returns, when emailed about the returns postage. They still haven’t got back to me.

Very pleased with my set of 4 chairs. Arrived quickly and delivered by a nice delivery man. The chairs were very well covered with packaging. The boxes were a little damaged where legs had poked through, it had not caused any issues.

I bought in Boxing Day sale and I am so pleased with the quality of the chairs. I would definitely buy again from Orchard Home. I would normally not buy anything like this online as I like to be able to see the quality, colours etc but I am not disappointed. I have got a great buy.

I was very happy with my product. The nice chap that drove all the way from Derry to deliver it arrived when no one was in.
He called me and waited 15mins until my wife returned home.

Bought the Shoreditch coffee table and our experience was similar to some of the other reviewers here I.e lovely piece of furniture but fraught with communication/delivery issues.

Positives:
- Absolutely love the coffee table, really well made quality item. It’s beautiful.
- Great value for money, especially with the welcome discount
- Item was carefully packaged

Negatives:
- No automatic info or update about when the pre-ordered item would be arriving - had to chase this info via email myself.
- First scheduled delivery didn’t arrive at the allotted time. No update from Orchard why or when it would be redelivered. When I asked via email, they told me that delivery company had damaged it- not Orchard’s fault but wish they’d updated me rather than me having to chase again.
- No update on rescheduled delivery until I chased again via email.
- Gave polite feedback about lack of proactive updates from Orchard - no reply.
- No delivery on day of second delivery slot despite staying in all afternoon to receive it. No reply from Orchard when I emailed to ask what had happened.
- 5 days after allocated delivery slot a neighbour pointed out the there was a parcel hidden behind my bins- it was the table! Absolutely soaking wet / disintegrating parcel but table itself was okay. No delivery tracking/receipt from Orchard or delivery note, so not sure when it actually got delivered.

Such a shame because the furniture itself is lovely, just need to sort out their customer service and delivery.

I have recommended to all my family! About to make a 2nd purchase as was so pleased to with the items, order process and delivery. Thank you!

I had a questionable start with Orchard Homes but safe to say it ended well. Thankfully. My 1st gold Frenso sideboard delivery was fraught with delivery delays but the product is epic. So classy. Amazing quality. And 40+% cheaper than other retailers. I complained about my awful customer experience and the guys totally took ownership and agreed they needed to ameliorate their processes - so fair game!! My 2nd silver Frenso sideboard arrived today without a hitch! Beautifully packaged up. Sensational quality. All round wonderful. Thank you for sorting this! I’ll be back! X

I really love my Malta sideboard, very sturdy with great storage, which looks very chic.
I would have given it 5 stars but is was damaged slightly upon arrival. Customer Services were 5 star and resolved the situation quickly and fairly, so would buy from Orchard Home again,

Great looking solid furniture. Well packaged. Unfortunately, the drawer runners were faulty on arrival, but Orchard Home were very quick to resolve the issue with a partial refund or an offer of a replacement chest of drawers. Good company to deal with.

I am over the moon with my purchase. Well made, beautiful design and Orchard Home delivered within the time period stated. I’m so happy with my purchase I am thinking ordering a second piece of furniture for my home.

I have emailed and phoned you several times today (my phone got disconnected , as if someone was disconnecting it after a ring or two). I had received a delivery slot for Thursday 6th July PM time with no further details. I have stayed home to receive the delivery. There has been no tracking number or anything, I have emailed and called you to get in touch however no response whatsoever. I have paid for an item and been promised delivery today. Where is the item I paid for?

Update 12th July: they responded to my email last Friday and said the courier was refused entry to my property. I spoke with concierge and I was told no delivery / access issues existed and I had received other parcels on that day. I have emailed Orchard-Home on Monday 10th, Tues and Wed as well , they don't respond. They don't respond to your phone calls at all. I have disputed this with PayPal.
