Heb een negatieve review geschreven die niet geplaatst is. Vorm van sensuur?

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten und bestelle immer mal wieder bei PC.
Bei meiner letzten Bestellung ist leider etwas schief gelaufen. Das Paket habe ich zu einer Packstation liefern lassen. Nach dem Abholen habe ich zu Hause erst bemerkt, dass das Paket geöffnet wurde und Produkte fehlten.
Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert, der super freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Mir wurden die Sachen ohne Probleme nochmal zugesendet.
Großes Lob für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung!

Ich habe ein Produkt von PC bei einer Freundin im Urlaub getestet und war sehr überrascht, dass meine Haut es problemlos vertragen hat. Nach zwei Wochen waren meine Hautunreinheiten, mit denen ich seit dem Absetzen der Pille zu kämpfen habe, sichtbar weniger :) ich hab das Produkt dann auch bestellt.

Leider werden die Pakete mit Hermes versendet - Hermes schafft es einfach NIE die Pakete bei mir ordentlich zuzustellen. Dafür kann aber Paulas Choice nichts! :)

Mein erstes Paket kam nie bei mir an (wurde letztendlich von Hermes zurückgeschickt an PC). Ich habe bei dem Kundenservice von PC angerufen und hatte einen sehr netten Herrn am Telefon, der mir direkt weitergeholfen hat. Wenige Minuten später hatte ich eine Email mit den Rückerstattungs-Infos und einige Tage später das Geld auf meinem Konto! :)

Ich habe dann erneut bestellt und Hermes hat es tatsächlich geschafft! Jetzt bin ich sehr happy, dass es das Produkt zu mir geschafft hat.

Bitte an Paulas Choice: wechselt zu DHL! :D

Als ich das erste Mal etwas bestellt habe, konnte ich in der Bestellstrecke eine Packstation angeben. Postnummer und Packstation wurden abgefragt. PC hat es geschafft, das Paket dann mit Hermes an eine DHL Station zu schicken. Als das Paket nicht kam und ich den Fehler von PC bemerkt habe, habe ich den Kundenservice per Mail zweimal kontaktiert und beide Male keine Antwort erhalten. Unser Hermes-Götterbote war aber pfiffig und den Namen richtig zugeordnet und mir das Paket an die Wohnadresse gebracht.
Die Produkte finde ich wirklich gut bei unreiner Haut. Für den Winter habe ich mir reichhaltigere Produkte bestellt. Wieder an die Packstation. Und siehe da, diesmal hat PC es geschafft, mit DHL zu versenden, aber nur den Namen und nicht die Postnummer auf die Empfängeretikette gedruckt. Nun schwirrt das Paket seit 10 Tagen durch die Niederlande und wurde nun zum Weitertransport abgelehnt. Mal schauen, wie PC sich verhält und ob sie es im dritten Versuch schaffen. Schade, damit vergrault man Kunden trotz guter Produkte.

I will not be ordering from this company again.

I was ill advised by one of their beauty advisors on a day moisturiser which I ordered. Due to covid and slow delivery I ordered the moisturiser before I had run out of my normal moisturiser (not PC one) knowing on holiday I might run out. I did not need to use it for some time after my holiday and used it twice to find it is more like a suncream and smells like it too.

Due to all this I thought they would and could look past the 60 day exchange rule but how wrong was I. The fact of the matter here is I was sold an incorrect moisturiser but they do not seem to hold any one accountable for that just I can not exchange my one for another.

Bad company policy.

Wont ever be using their products again.

Bad move considering I have spent alot of money on their products in the past and this is the first time ever I wanted to exchange.

Fantastiske produkter! Jeg er vild med deres produkter, som virkelig har været en game changer for min fedtede hud og store porer.
Det tager lidt tid med levering, men det bliver også sendt fra udlandet, hvis man handler på deres egen hjemmeside.
De er også super gode til at svare på spørgsmål og har også en rutine finder på deres hjemmeside, som kan være behjælpelig med at finde de rigtige produkter.

Hier een gefrustreerde huisvader. Als wel mijn vrouw en dochter hebben last van geïrriteerde huid, vervellen van de huid. De oogcreme, de toner, de exfoliator, 2 verschillende serums en vitamine C boost is gekocht. A het werkt niet. B het is serieus geld. C waardeloze klantenservice. Geef gewoon thuis Paula als iets niet goed is. Ligt hier in de prullenbak….

I bought Paula’s choice products i.e. cleanser, exfoliant, toner and moisturiser because of some great reviews. However, my skin got worst and I suddenly stopped using them. I contacted them and informed me about the return policy. I spent £75 for all the products but they refunded it back! At least even though until now I still have some facial skin issue, I got my money back and not wasted at all. I think their products is not compatible to all skin types. If they are, you’re lucky!

Bin mit den Produkten super zufrieden. Bin seit ca. 5 Jahren dabei. Musste natütlich Produkte ertesten und meine finden. Jetzt habe ich ein paar meine Favorite und bestelle sie mir immer wieder.

Snelle levering en mijn huid reageert goed op de producten (unscrub en calm 1% bha exfoliant). Je doet er gelukkig best lang mee gezien de best wel hoge prijs.

Avoid!!!!
They try and lure you in with promises of free gifts but you don’t see them. Then the help chat lines are awful. They literally go out of their way to be difficult, it’s all about money for them. There’s no refund like they promise. Had to cancel my membership with them. Avoid at all costs.

Für Proben von 5ml € 8,- zu verlangen ( das sind die Größen welche man in den meisten Parfümerien zum Ausprobieren kostenlos mitbekommt) finde ich eigentlich NO GO!!

Slecht product, zware uitslag en geen geld retour ontvangen van de klantenservice. Bestel nooit meer iets. Als iets niet goed is en je een reactie krijg mag je het zelf uitzoeken. Je wordt niet geholpen door paulas choice klantenservice

I love using Paula's Choice product as they are very science based and only use ingredients which are proven to work. They are also well packaged in airless pumps to avoid the products from degrading. Their customer service is also excellent.

My only issues are that they can be quite expensive, and when delivering to Ireland it can take 5-7 days as they use DHL Parcel which use Fastway (who are notoriously unreliable) to deliver the package.

The products from Paula’s choice are amazing!!! Within days I am seeing results! The most popular are bha exfoliant and retinol 1% definitely worth buying dont mock it till you try it!!!

Wow. Game changer. I ordered these products not having heard of it before but took a chance after reading the beauty bay reviews- I was after a clinical product which would give me instant results. I chose well. I got samples of two items but will defo be getting the full sizes once they run out! I had more oily skin and nightmare under the skin lumps pimples a week ago which made my make up look crappy and little “sweat lumps” on my temples. If you train alot and do alot of hot yoga etc this is for you to solve the build up of muck that naturally comes with sweating! My skin is glowing now. My usual products were nip and fab gycolic 10 extreme and mario badescu drying lotion (yes cheaper but buy cheap buy twice!) they just weren’t cutting it and I’d need to use ALOT to see a slight improvement but it was not long lasting. You don’t need much product for a result and don’t need to use every day it’s so strong. I have the 2% liquid exfoliate and the 1% retinol moisture. I am keen to guinea pig more products and I love it that much I would genuinely love to work for this brand I am that impressed!… keep up the amazing science 🧪

This is purely based on customer service as I haven't yet managed to purchase from the site. I was given a £7.50 off voucher and it has been torturous trying to get this voucher applied. I'm currently sitting in the chat and being grilled about how I received this voucher and I've been asked to screenshot the evidence! Looks like I won't be buying any products at all. What a carry on.

Firstly I would like to start off by saying the delivery was quick and easy, packaging wise I would give it a 1 star rating as the box was damaged and the products alone were not well concealed. I started to use this product a month a go. It cost me 99.00 for the bundle which had a vast range of skin product. I can rate the 4 star for how much I recieved as they sent me extra samples along with what I already bought.
When I started to use this range my skins felt tight, it burnt my face and made it tingle and felt very dry after. I used the moisturizer which did very little and did not hydrate my skin. Over time my skin began to peel and my foundation would look clumpy and dry after using the skin care. I recommend the brand to people who's skin can handle this product. For me this just wasnt good for my skin. It did the opposite of what I wanted. I recently found out I have an allergy to the sun and wearing masks all the time adds to the stress to the skin on my face. I have large pores also which doesnt make this easier. I found this product did not help my pores and made very little difference to it. I would say my money was wasted giving it a go. I think people need to assess what their skin is like before going for this expensive brand. You do not want to jump in to testing something out that may cause further harm to your skin.
I would say dont waste money on this brand unless you know your skin will truly benefit from it. It not good on fair skin. However some it may actually help. I also found my fingers began to feel from the use of applying the product with my hands. So please be careful using this. It takes awhile to reverse the damage it does.

The most frustrating website we’ve used. It didn’t give a confirmation to say the order had been successful and asked my mum to resubmit the form 3 times. My poor 74 year old mum now has 3 orders of the same product and 3x delivery charges. Customer services were shocking. Now have to wait an age for the products to be delivered and returned before my mum can get her refund. Totally unacceptable in this day and age. Get your customer services brought into this century PC! Won’t be using PC again - pretty sure there are just as good and cheaper dupes out there with better customer services I’m sure!

Die Produkte habe ich nicht vertragen und die positiven Bewertungen sind sicher gekauft. Ich habe 2x bestellt und danach eine Löschung meines Accounts beantragt, da die Produkte überteuert und woanders günstiger sind. €40.- für ein nutzloses Peeling ist einfach zu teuer.
