None of their phones are working. I ordered flowers, cakes and fruits for my mom’s birthday and am unable to contact them. No sense of customer service!

This company needs to be reported!

I ordered for my wife for valentines day from England . All was delivered on the correct day and my wife was so happy. I will use them. Again. 5 stars. Many thanks

I had a great experience with these folks. Helpful trustworthy fast accurate and well priced. Less than two hours to the door and just what i ordered plus n8ce packaging. Highly reccomend them thanks folks.

Ordered a white teddy bear for my fencees birthday and she received a completely different bear, I tried to inform them what they sent was nothing like advertised but just informed me that the design may vary, they had just sent their Valentines day leftovers and have no respect for what they are selling.

Terrible service. Ordered birthday gift on a Friday to be delivered on following Wednesday.they kept assuring me that gift would be delivered with no worries but when checking tracking on gift, was told would be 3 days late. Will never use this store again

The worst. Don't ever use this company. I paid for a dozen roses to be delivered on Valentines Day. Just under $75.00. Two days later later they deliver one rose and a little teddy bear. Not what I ordered

The absolute worst. I will never use this company again. They are 3 days late delivering and they missed the most important date - Valentines Day even though they assured me several times it would get delivered and I ordered for delivery before Valentines Day because I know it's busy. They still have not delivered and it's the 16th. This is the second time including my last time they did not deliver at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER

The product that was delivered was NOTHING like the picture they had on their website. Their website policy clearly states: PhilFlower.com : we are committed to quality and service. Our 100% satisfaction Guarantee is our personal commitment to creating long term relationships with our customers. Your satisfaction is our number one priority, not just because it's our job, but because we care. They will not refund my money even with me providing proof with pictures.

Placed order on feb 7 & asked for delivery on 13 feb giving enough time for delivery on valentines day, so here i am with a pinay extremley disappointed with me thinking im not giving her what i promised, i spent US$97.00 , no replys from emails, apparently its pot luck with Philflower if you get delivery, im claiming my money back through Paypal, wasted my time

So far it's actually a zero she still has not gotten her Valentine gift ordered a few days ago and they were very fast at answer questions assuring I would not be dissatisfied .once I made order has been very slow to respond gotten one response saying it's very busy don t worry since then nothing feel like I've been scammed on this web sight.if it changes I will change my response

I wish i can give 0 stars.this is a bad company.i bought a valentine present thst supposed to be delivered on 13 of february and on 14 not be delivered yet. I asked for a total refund.they gave me excuse like we are busy. Is just a bad company! Avoid it!!

At first, i was having second thoughts of ordering online for Philflower. Another reason is this is the first time i am doing an online transaction for this kind of service. Order placed 10 days before valentines day and they take my money but no flowers delivered. Thanks for making me look bad on valentines day. I will never place order on this site again

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. I ordered Valentine’s Day delivery for my wife. I am away working so she will be alone on Valentine’s Day so I wanted to do something special. The flowers arrived today 13th not even on Valentine’s Day despite the extra charge so come Valentine’s Day my wife will receive no surprise. I connected them through Facebook recurved a reply then my messages have been blocked. I tried to access my online account only to find that it no longer exsists. If you want to treat a loved one I advise you use another company as philflowers don’t care
