Online ordering seems so complicated..

My first to order from them ane definitely won't be the last. I had to change the delivery date a day earlier, and they gladly adjusted.

Flowers were for a 21st birthday, delivered before midday to a very happy birthday girl, bouquet was lovely.

Service was so good! on time delivery, fast reply to my emails, flower presentation are awesome, and they add a additional box of chocolate with my order as they promised. I liked the effort of the deliveryman of riding in the rain on a motorcycle, i also loved how the roses are already full bloomed, my girlfriend loved it! I also like the fact that it was supposed to be a surprise, i left my full name but the deliveryman did not reveal me when my girlfriend asked who the sender is.! but no problem i liked philflower service . So i am very happy and recommend to use there service.

The bouquet was send to a dear friend. My friend loves the flowers, the colors and arrangement. She told me it was amazing and cheered her up. Thank you.

5/18/18 - PHILFLOWERS.COM IS A SCAM!!!! FRAUD!
I just recently bought funeral flowers for $175.00 white roces. What they delivered was small sunflower weeds. I am not joking. Since there are so many scammers on-line, I took picture of what they have on-line that I purchased then I received a photo from a friend of what exactly the funeral flowers looked like when they delivered it. Philflowers.com used weeds instead of white roces that I originally ordered. Lawsuits, Credit card fraud, police complaint and Better Business Bureau will be filed. SCAMMERS!!!! WALANGHIYA!

This is the worst site you could possibly order flowers from. I would have given them 0 stars if that was an option. Avoid them at all cost. I placed an order for a bouquet of roses on 02/11/18 to be delivered on Valentine's day. I was charged for the full amount of the purchase but the flowers WERE NEVER DELIVERED. I tried calling the number on their website for two days at different times of the day but as expected of scammers, nobody ever picks up. I opened up a case with Paypal and 9 DAYS LATER a delivery boy show up at my fiance's house with what looks like a hodgepodge of left flower flowers. She obviously refused the delivery. What a disaster. It's been 10 days now since i opened up a dispute case with PayPal and my refund is still no where to be found. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

The worst service I have ever seen in my life. They told me to place an order first and when I did so, they just started to ignore my messages. After many followups, they chatted to me and told that it was delayed because of the valentines week. Later they said that they have already dispatched my order and gave me the last date till when I will receive. The staff told that she'll send me an email but didnt. It has been more than two weeks now and haven't received any texts or email from them, and not even my order. Its much more disappointing and annoying for the customers who believes these kind of online way for shopping and dnt get the desired service frm them. Now they dnt reply my texts and emails. When they see my message, they send the auto message that they r busy right now. The othe thing, their phone nmbr is busy always and if it rings, then they do not receive the call. I know names of the staffs also who talked to me and assured me abt my order, but I wont, in public. Its a very disgusting😠

Go Ahead read the reviews! It's all true.
Order your flowers and this is what happens.
1. All phone numbers listed on site won't connect or answer
2. Emailing customer support is useless because you will never get a reply
3. Online Chat won't answer and today they have disabled the chat feature.
I am still waiting for flowers to be delivered for valentines day and now its 10 days later AND NO FLOWERS!
There are only two scenarios that could be true
1. Valentine's day was so huge an event for them and they f&$*#d up taking orders knowing full well they don't have the manpower to deliver.
2. All orders accepted and someone has done a runner with all the money

My goosssh ! This is horrible experience ever ! My fiancee ordered chocolate and flowers to this campany they promised to deliver on valentines day but the order never arrived and again they promised to deliver on 16th but no delivery arrived, so on 18th but no delivery again, so they guarantee 22nd of Feb but this is disgusting guys ! 😡 they are not answering anymore !😡😭 it should be stop ! They are scammers 😡😡 #refundforundeliveredorderPlease😡 !

PHILFLOWER IS A BIG SCAM. NAKAKAHIYA GINAMIT PA ANG WORD NA "PHIL" AS THEIR BUSINESS NAME.

SCAM. PROVEN.

Ordered on Feb 6th, to be delivered Feb 14th in Cebu City. Did not deliver. No response from them. They have a dozen sites all with bogus contact info. Seems like its a part time job that is a scam more than half of the time. You might be one out of ten lucky ones whos order actually goes through and gets delivered.. Not worth the risk!!! Hard to believe they have been ruining peoples special occasions for years. They can't handle the traffic at holiday times but sure handle stealing your money. Owners should be in prison!!! Time for a Paypal dispute and to notify SEC, FTC, and BBB. Class action lawsuit for the thousands they rip off. Heck maybe even notify the FBI and Duterte himself as they seem to run their scam from Chicago, IL, Manilla and Cebu, PH. Hope Karma catches up with these heartbreaking evil people.

Finally arrived yesterday feb.15,2018 at 2:25pm after being placed by my guy last feb.8,2018 still giving you a bad review though, your delivery personnel did not even apologize, no communication provided,your numbers listed on your site are useless!. All of it are unavailable so therefore useless!..
