Dont order from this company
I had ordered some flowers for my wife as I currently live in Canada and I was hoping she would have received them promptly on the day of when I ordered them. Valentines day came and she didn't get her flowers I can't believe they actually did that. Then she said this is normal for companies in the phils as a few times before was at least 2 days late. Well I woke up this morning only to have a email in my inbox saying how sorry they were and all for not getting it delivered on time. As so my wife and I tried calling this place many times with no answer. I haven't even received an email back regarding my complaint. I spend almost 100 dollars to ensure she got some flowers for that special day and they never arrived. Never again will I order from this company
Thw Worst Ever
If there was a lower rating, I would be giving it to this company. They were quick enough to take my order and my money, but with it now being the 15th , I am still waiting for them to deliver. I sent them email, waited to talk to someone of chat for hours, and even called the US phone number. Only this morning did I receive an email and they basically blamed me for the non-delivery. I could go into further detail but since they never tried contacting me or the delivery destination of any delays I have to assume they think I will just settle for their excuse since in their response, I can tell they never even looked at my order. Blaming me for their failure shows me that they do not care for their customers just for the money.
Warning, do not use
I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day this year, and the order never turned up. I have received the confirmation and invoice. I have used this company before successfully, but never again. Disgusting customer service..
Bad Service
None of the phone numbers they provided works, sent them email and it took a long time for a response. And they did not deliver on time. Will no longer use their service and wod not recommend it to anyone
Very unhappy
I asked a heart shaped basquet of roses, they sent them on the basquet they wanted. And there is no way to talk to them.

Unreliable & Shady
Cant contact any of their phone numbers. They only respond via email. They also dont deliver as promised. I put it an order on 5am aug 27 and they are saying i didnt make the cut off for delivery on aug 28 or 29... And my order will have to wait until aug 31.... there are other way more reliable flower delivery companies out there that really give you what you paid for ( especially since your're paying over $100 for flowers.....!)

My boyfriend sent teddy bear for me. It arrived on the said date but not on the time it should be delivered. Nonetheless, I am happy of the service.
Unhappy customer
Our anniversary is today, July 9, 2015 but my boyfriend's "surprise" gift didn't arrive this day. It turned out that we were both surprised by what had happened, he had to tell me that he ordered flower, cake and balloon. Granted that there's bad weather but they should have informed my boyfriend that the delivery will be delayed. He emailed them but all that he received was a confirmation letter saying that the transaction has been processed. I also texted the number attached in their email but didn't received any reply from them.

I'm from Australia and I looked at a lot of Filipino websites for flower and cake delivery and had difficulty in finding any company with good reviews from an independent review source online. Reading the positive reviews about philflower.com on here made me comfortable enough to order from them. I was a bit sceptical with their reliability since it was hard to get in contact with them via phone and the online chat on their website never worked. I did get a response back through email, so that was fine. I had ordered a cake and a basket of flowers to be sent to an area just outside of Metro Manila. An error occurred when I paid by Paypal--my Paypal account changed the delivery address I provided on their website to that of my own address in Sydney. I notified Philflower immediately via email and received a reply saying that they've corrected it. Two days later, they had an issue with finding the delivery address, but were able to rectify it once I told them that my mum had yet to receive her present on the day I specified. Thank goodness they came through! My mum loved the flowers and said that the ube cake was yummy. Worth the money and I would buy from them again.
