Dont use this company. I ordered $170 worth of flowers from them for my fiancee for Valentines Day, but absolutely nothing materialised, not even a message of apology. Also unable to contact them, or their holding company Fastnet Commu Manila, or their supplier Cebu Florist. Avoid all 3 of these businesses like the plague!

My order did not arrive. To all customers who did not receive their orders, do report to credit card companies, paypal, banks to ban this site for taking any orders so they go out of business.

Very bad! My husband ordered flowers for me which was supposed to be delivered today Feb 14,2018 but no flowers came he Paid 6,100 freaking pesos!

I ordered a flower last Feb 10 (order 14258) and no flower is delivered. It is already 730 PM Feb 14 in Manila. Called the landline and mobile phone and nobody is picking up. Tried to have online chat and nobody is answering. This is terrible. I will file a complaint with DTI on this. Do not trust this shop. This is actually my second time that I ordered with them. The first one was good, with no hassle. But this order on V-Day is getting no where. No advice at all and no way for me to contact them.

I placed an order February 10 and requested a February 13 delivery. The flowers was not delivered until now February 14, 2018 5 PM. I contacted all the available phone number /communication means they provided on their website but all are unavailable. I also used their online chat and no answer. This is very unacceptable especially on this especial occasion and the product ordered is for this especial occasion. they did not even notified me of any problems or delays on my orders.

This is second time for me to use the Flower Store and very impressed as i expected. I order 100 roses for my girl and they delivery was spot on time and my girlfriend lived the flowers. I'll be using you guys again and again for sure. And specially thanks to Ms Elena for the awesome customer support all times. I would highly recommend you guys.

They are scammers, don't you even dare to place your order to this company....They will just take your money, landline is not even reachable if you will place order they are very accommodating once the delivery date is near they will vanish taking away your money....

Finding way to sue this company, people should be aware to stop placing orders to this Company

Five day delivery, they use LBC shipping company to deliver flowers grr that’s not a good for flowers ! They arrive wilted and two days in box no wonder there not fresh anymore , 4 hrs away delivery takes 2-3 days wow slow shipping makes old flowers customers service will say it’s not there fault lol

Do not even think about using this company!!!
Placed my order 2 days in advance , flowers and white bear with specific time instructions. After many emails from my side , finally delivered my order a day later and they brought a red teddy bear instead , I did order a white one. Customer service? Forget it ! USA phone number is a cell phone that never answers or off or you might be eligible to leave a message. Don't respond to emails neither. If you decide to order , keep in mind, you can't cancel it even using pay pal. Do your self a favor, STAY AWAY !

It has been a very disappointing experience for me to use this company for a plant delivery. The plant basket for a grieving friend that was delivered was a pot of ugly plants. Like the other complainants, there is no customer service response, and no response to emails. This company should NOT be in business at all. I hope that you would respond or deliver the correct plant basket, but given all the complaints and no response, I am less hopeful of my chances.

After taking money for Valentine's day flowers they didn't deliver, their American phone number is disconnected (try it for yourself), they neither answer email nor their Yahoo IM. After 5 days of no flowers and no contact I disputed the charge.
Anyone on here that says they are pleased with the customer experience is planted by the company using a reputation management company. Instead of spending the money on that, just deliver the stupid flowers!

Worst ever flower delivery company! Ive used a fee before and was never like this! Such a scam! I will sue this company! They never reply to you nor you cannot contact any of the numbers online!!!!!! I have pid 100usd hard earned money for valentines and this happens! Ots really really bad! Avoid at all cost!!!

My husband ordered a birthday flower last nov 28, 2016. He was expecting to deliver it to me by 29th and up to this day. No flower delivery arrive in my office. The bad thing here is we fought because I thought he forgot my birthday.

I ordered a cake ,message and flowers to be delivered on June 5. They were not delivered, I complained and asked for a refund they never replied to me and the next day delivered just flowers which was pointless as the person whose birthday it was had left. I emailed them again questioning this and they still don't reply. Over 100 USD paid to them. AVOID AT ALL COST

I ordered last week and it has been a NIGHTMARE, all i wanted is to provide with a new address to deliver the basket but no one respond emails, phone, ANYTHING!!!!!!! I even asked my fiancee to call their office there but no response. I don't even care if they respond anymore, all i know is that i will file a claim to PayPal and a complaint to the IC3 if my package is not delivered. I will make sure i will rate these rats bad in every site i visit!!!!!

Ordered for a flower arrangement for Valentines day, but the flowers were not delivered. They sent an acknowledgment about the order and invoice and an email that the order were not be able to sent on time. Mentioned in the email to contact them via phone number they provided or email, but those number are not working, even contacted their US California number, but all number not working. Send them email 4x already to know the status of my order, when will be delivered, but none was answered. After they take your money, they were gone. Please don't order from this company, they are bogus website cashing in from people. Don't have any heart at al... They must review what they say about themselves that "they are committed to quality and service and that customer satisfaction is their number one priority because they care". that is all false and a big lie. I am encouraging people that were victimize by this company to report it too because I will elevate it not from here but also to Better Business Bureau so that this company PhilFlower.com will be flagged here in US. They can't continue scamming people. I will also get their office in Roxas Blvd check if existing. It's not about the money I paid that put into waste but to stop this people from scamming for more people in the future.

Beware of this website!!!!! I would like to believe that those people who are posting positive reviews are part of this website as well. They are very untrustworthy, definitely unreliable and will rip your money into bits. It's a shame that the people behind this website are Filipino's as well. I just hope that the bad things you do to your clients wont happen to you or anyone of your family. Please everyone who happens to read this review spread the words.
