Excellent service provided at every step of the process. Experts in mortgages - the most knowledgable brokers I’ve come across, would highly recommend.

Pinnacle where quick, straightforward and very helpful. Constantly chasing up all the organisations in the loop to ensure our mortgage offer was the right one for us. Even after the mortgage offer. Pinnacle continued to chase our solicitors, the Estate Agency, The sellers solicitors. Pinnacle never left our side until we got the keys for our new house. We got an excellent service from them. Pinnacle never got fed up of us calling them to ask questions, sometimes the same questions two or three times. Pinnacle always had the right answers for us. It was a pleasure doing business with Pinnacle. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you Pinnacle again. We have been in our new house from July 2022 and we are living our best life. When we stumbled across Dan Gracie at Pinnacle we had more or less given up on getting a mortgage having had one door slammed in our face after another. I never understood why, as I felt we were in a good position, but it hadn’t worked out like that. Not only was it a huge relief to get the mortgage (from a mainstream lender on a very low fixed rate) but both Dan and Rhiannon were an absolute pleasure to deal with all the way through; very efficient, quick to respond, brilliant communicators - so rare these days it seems.
