Smooth process from start to finish , always someone on hand to ask questions

Fantastic service - delivered exactly what they promised in a timely and efficient manner. The legal documents were executed via an online portal which made the whole process pain free and you knew exactly where you were via a progress bar. For a square peg in a round hole, I was surprised to be offered a remortgage soluton from a High Street lender whereby my normal adviser said they couldn't help me! Special praise due to Samantha and Gabriele - exceptional customer service is quite rare these days sadly but Pinnacle were great! Thank you!!!

WOW! What a company! I found Pinnacle on a search of Google. After reading their reviews, I made contact many months ago. They have been with me for the last year or so, always ready to answer emails or calls. My case was not straightforward and to be honest, I thought it was hopeless but I am pleased to say, I moved into my new home at the end of March. I couldn't be happier.
