Having contacted Max for some parts for my s55 amg.These I received promptly at a fifth of the price from Mercedes.
I also needed a piece of the loom that supplies power to the gear selector module Max supplied this at no cost.
The service that I received was exactly what is says on the tin.

This is the third time that I have used Prestige Allparts service and every time the staff have been very helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable. This time I needed parts which other people told me would be virtually unobtainable! I spoke to Ryan who was brilliant and managed to find everything I wanted very quickly. The parts were dispatched on time and arrived the next day, they were all correct and in excellent condition and to add to my satisfaction the prices were very fair. Paid £162 with delivery for a drivers side mirror (Merc C180) first one sent had incorrect wiring, spoke to Mike send it back it should have worked ALL PARTS ARE CHECKED!! b******s because the second one when they eventually decide to send it (after a number of phone calls being told it had been sent by Mike) again b******s impossible as the wiring was broken so could never work

I chose Prestige for their offer of Next Day Delivery on the Mercedes part I ordered. Ha, what a joke. One month later and no part, no refund (£200+). If you can possibly get your part elsewhere, do it. Prestige are quick to take your money, but once they have your cash they're not interested.

I can only speak as I find and I am aware that others have been impressed with this company. My experience was not a positive one however. Recommended by my local Mercedes specialist my wife ordered an SBC pump from Allparts on 15th February 2019. £522 was taken from her account on that day. On no less than three occasions she was advised by DPD that the seller had cancelled the scheduled delivery. No satisfactory explanation given by Allparts. Eventually three weeks after placing the order the SBC pump was supplied. It was found to be defective. A 'new' one arrived on 14th March and was also found to be defective!. On 19th March I requested that the £522.00 be refunded. This took until 3rd of April to arrive and only then after I sent Allparts three 'chase up' e mails. Mike did apologise when I spoke to him on 2nd April but frankly the whole experience has been deeply frustrating and I felt very keenly that I was misled on a number of occasions especially in relation to the number of cancelled deliveries. I have lost total confidence in the professionalism of this company I would never use them again. (Ps I did have to pay additional labour charges to have both defective pumps installed and then uninstalled so I am still out of pocket despite the refund)

well once again Ryan and Prestige all parts have got me out of trouble again. with their amazing prices and great customer service 1 phone call was all that was needed to get the item for my cl55 obviously I looked on line after to compare the price Ryan gave me and as normal no one could touch their great prices.. cheers Ryan. your on my Christmas Card list now.. lee.

Ryan was really help full, when I was undecided. Good customer service. Would buy again from here again and recommend to everyone I know . Needed a Mercedes engine so a big spend and desicion, my business was relying this . Offer a good warranty or money back . Couldn’t be fairer. So far so good. I know where to go next time. Make up your own mind. Having emailed Prestige required part number, I called them 23/02, referenced the email, quoted the part number again. I was told that they had the part (used) in stock & it would cost £116 (only £140 plus VAT at the dealer). It arrived on the Tues (26/03). I tried to fit it on the Saturday (2/3) and realised it was wrong (the wrong part number). After calling them, they admitted that they knew it was a different part but thought it would fit. They promise to identify the correct part & call back. Needless to say they didn't. I sent a reminder at the end of the day which prompted a call on the Sunday, promising a resolution by the end of the day - another broken promise! In fact I heard nothing from them until I called them on the following Friday. Bottom line... car off the road for 2 weeks, appalling response - given the deliberate error& wouldn't refund until they had received it back - I've had to wait in for a day for delivery and a day for collection (my time of course has no value). Max, the guy on the phone took exception when I queried out refund timing. I'll think long & hard before buying another used part from any breaker. Over the years I've had nothing but poor experiences with breakers. And new parts are often not that much more!! Breakers... Not worth the aggro!!!! 2 WEEKS LATER STILL NO REFUND

Ryan has to be the most helpful person I've ever met. His knowledge is second to none.Ryan has excellent customer service skills who gave me the reassurances I needed.He is an asset to the company I can't thank him enough.100% customer satisfaction.

I have used Prestige All Parts on many occasions, most recently on the 21st Feb 19. This time the customer adviser was Gemma Horn who was very professional and knowledgeable. The parts arrived first thing the next day. There is always a very high standard of customer care and all advisors are very quick to understand your requests for parts and it is always a reassuring service.
