I am sorry to say that our mould issue came back so feel this was just an expensive sticking plaster for the mould issue. Very disappointed ☹️

I’ve waited a few weeks before writing this review to ensure I can be as accurate as possible and have all my results back.

I’ve been studying mold and the effects on my body since I found mold in my house. I’ve spent hours and hours researching top Doctors and remediation companies in the USA as finding them in the U.K. is nearly impossible.

I knew exactly what types of tests I wanted and what mold I was dealing with but got Pure Maintenance in for a quote on treating the entire house as well as running tests. I was pleasantly surprised when I had my first phone call with their sales team as I went in not initially revealing what I had learned. They knew everything and more, very very professional.

I went for the top package as I knew I had a mold issue. I had tests, treatments and more. I’ve got a very very large 5 bed house and had the cellar and loft treated. Cost was around £3000 plus vat which sounds a lot but when you compare to anyone else in the UK and to comparable companies in the USA and then you see the in depth analysis that happens, you understand why and dare I say it… it feels about the correct price, maybe cheaper than expected!

The reporting was immense. Tip, if you can’t be bothered to read the 140 pages, load into chat gpt and get it to help you.

All I can say is that I would 100% recommend them to anyone and would have no problem using them again if needed. I will be using them to do another air test in the future and may even have the misting done annually depending on the price.

Well done to them for setting up a company that is actually helping people get well. The U.K. is so far behind the USA when it comes to mold treatment for the home and also the human body but we will get there.

Darren did an amazing job, he was on time, made my house fresh, free of mould! And safe for my son! I highly recommended this company due to making mine and my sons quality of life so much better due to getting rid of the mould.

A very fast and efficient service carried out by technicians, Matt and Keegan, and my questions were fully answered. However, my symptoms have not improved, and I still don't know (or think) I had any serious mould problems in my house, as this company works on the basis of carrying out the treatment before getting the results of the testing.
Also, they left a lot of dust which I had to clean up afterwards.
I guess time will tell !

Very pleased with the service, friendly helpful team got the house done and outbuilding in a single day with efficiency and minimum bother. Good communication throughout with emails and phone calls and mould issues seem to be now solved at our place.
Be aware that the spray on stuff used for mould patches creates discolored patches there, if earthborne natural wall paints have been used, so may need repainting some parts.

The report provided been incorrect, the mould was visible and smell was strong, but report said there are not mould. It was waist of money.

Fantastic customer services from this company, quick booking and services. Lovely gents, Joe and Josh came to our property, absolutely amazing service, put our minds to rest and treatment went so smoothly. We have pets and my nephew has bronchitis age 3 years old. They put our minds to rest with questions we had before and after the treatment.

Extremely helpful gents - even gave a machine to help re mould in the future and tips how to prevent mould happening again. Josh and Joe are a credit to this company. We never had such process before but this company and both gents gave such a smooth process that our minds were at rest. This company cares about their customers and customers homes.

Great communication before and during the appointment. The technician did accidentally damage an item of clothing however brought this to my attention, was very apologetic and the office sorted this hassle free.

The service was very professional from the time of booking, through to completion. The mould in my workshop and garage area has been successfully neutralised and useful recommendations going forward have been offered - which I am now implementing. Thank You.

From my first phone conversation with Dale to the excellent work carried out by the technician, Matthew, I received brilliant service. Dale answered all of my queries professionally, clearly, and he put my mind at ease. Matthew did a fantastic job of removing condensation mould spores. I highly recommend this company, technology and service.

Pure Maintenance have provided a professional and efficient service. In the initial consultation, Adam took the time to understand the root cause of the mould issue in our property to ensure the treatment was tailored to our situation. Jack updated me prior to his arrival to complete the work and during the day also. The results speak for themselves- all mould removed and the air quality is so much better now, which is fantastic. All throughout the process, the team has offered suggestions of how to prevent the mould from returning. I cannot recommend the company highly enough!

We moved in a new to us home and were shocked by the amount of mould everywhere (not noticeable when we viewed it). I cleaned and cleaned but the smell, condensation and general ickiness continued. I have a chronic health condition and stuff like mould is a big risk to my mortality.

I called out these guys and they were fantastic from the initial chat to doing the job. Tyler who attended our property was polite, professional and reassuring. Recommendations were made on how to keep our home mould free - all very do-able such as cleaning gutters, installing a PIV system etc. THRILLED! Clean air, home and no smells.
