Could not recommend them more! Informative, kind and thorough, the air inside my house completely changed for the best after treatment. My mother is allergic to dust and has asthma which gets worst with mould/humidity, and upon visiting me she could feel the difference. They gave me great advice, prevention methods to keep my house safe, and overall it was very interesting to learn about the history of my house and how mould works. Joe was a delight, taught me a lot, and Samantha was so kind and supportive on the phone.

Pure Maintenance were great to work with. Prompt service, great communication and provided a very comprehensive report on the premise tested and treated.

Everyone I dealt with was so patient and happy to explain things to me. Jake came to do the treatment and he was so efficient and kept us updated throughout the day. Really happy we went with puremaintenance and hope not to have to use them again but it's great to know they're available as needed.

Good overall experience, professional service. Good advise how to avoid any condensation problems in the future.

They did a brilliant in job in treating my mums house for mould. They kept us informed every step of the way and were always so helpful in answering any questions we had. I can't fault them in any way. Would 100% recommend

Had an inspection booked for 4pm nobody turned up nobody called I came home from work early especially, really disappointed Zero stars !!!!

We first contacted Pure Maintenance on a Monday, and by Friday, Matt arrived promptly to tackle a big job — all on one of the hottest days of the year! Despite the challenging conditions and being the only technician on site, he was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough.

Before getting started, we walked through the property together and discussed the entire process and plan of action. Matt exceeded expectations, working methodically through each room to remove all traces of mould. Throughout the process, he also kept us informed, highlighting any concerns and offering advice to help prevent the issue from returning.

A huge thank you to both Matt and Beth for your hard work and support in resolving this problem. We’re so grateful!

Outstanding service from start to finish! Our first contact with Elliott who contacted us after seeing a missed call when PM UK was closed, to the treatment done by Matt and then aftercare regarding the test results was absolutely amazing. Elliott booked us in at the earliest availability and kindly moved appointment when we couldn't make the first one. Matt turned up on time and was very thorough with communication throughout the day. Our mould issue from historical leak has been eradicated and air quality has improved.
We have just received a report and Matt has called us to go through the report which was very helpful. Before the call I have emailed aftercare department who also came back with explanation via email within 10 minutes.
