We recently had Samuel from Pure Maintenance treat the mould issue in our flat, and we couldn’t be happier with the service! He was incredibly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not only did he completely solve the problem, but he also gave us excellent advice on how to keep humidity levels low to prevent future issues.

Samuel went above and beyond, recommending good dehumidifiers and making sure everything was left clean and tidy. He was also really friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We trusted him completely with our home, and we’re so grateful for his help.

I first reviewed Pure Maintenance on 15 August 24, straight after my home was treated and I said then that I would need to see how effective the treatment is.
Well I waited and I'm delighted to say that after following their recommended corrective actions and aftercare instructions, there have been no further outbreaks of mould in my house.
The taps run clear, the showers and bathrooms are mould free and my washing machine remains spotless.
And that's after a very damp, wet winter!
My warranty is in place and all is well so I can truly recommend having this treatment done as it really worked well getting rid of my perpetual disgusting as well as very unhealthy mould infestation.

One year on, I feel absolutely tremendous. Pure Maintenance surveyed my home, identified the areas of damp and mould, tested the air quality and then gave their recommendations in a detailed report.
The company dry fogged my home twice and I completed all the recommendations in the report. Whereas, previously I was lethargic, unable to even complete the simplest cleaning duties in my home, reluctant to go out and socialise or even able to achieve anything in a day which took more than three hours, I am now able to wake at 7am every day and live a normal and energetic life.
I had been poorly for twenty years with no understanding as to what was making me ill. And no help from the NHS either. Sam at Pure Maintenance was able to explain to me that mould spores contaminate the air and that I was breathing this in. Not only were they able to explain this to me, but they were able to help to make me better by remediating the mould in the property. I have also obtained treatment from a functional practitioner and from homeopathic medicine along with essential oils.
I am so pleased that I was able to work with Pure Maintenance as their method of mould removal is far in advance of other mould companies. Thank you so much Sam.

Could not rate this company high enough. Unlike other companies that advised so many different things from reports to removing furniture , Pure Maintenance was brilliant from the very start. Adam who called me back straight away was incredible, took time to explain everything and details sent for preparation answering all my questions. Great communication right up to appointment day, Darren the technician was awesome, arrived on time, explained everything and gave advise for further care. Fantastic job done everything looks new, wonderful experience and what a wonderful team of experts. Mold gone. Thank you so much would use again for certain.

What an excellent service from start to end. Initially had a phone call scheduled in with Ezra who was so friendly and helpful.
Sam came and resolved our mould issues to a very high standard. Everything was explained so well and very thoroughly.
We are really delighted with the results.
We have learned a lot and understand the changes we need to make with heating, ventilation etc.

Excellent service. I was very impressed but the knowledge of Dan the technician. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly and gave recommendations to help keep mould at bay. Customer service was very good too.

Very impressed with the service provided by PureMaintenance UK. Stephen the technician did a fantastic job removing the mold from my house. Nothing was a bother, going above and beyond in making sure every trace of mold in the tricky high places on my conservatory glass roof were removed. He is a credit to the company. The customer service I received from Sam , Sophie and Lorraine was also excellent. This is an outstanding, professional company who I would recommend to anyone who has a mold problem.

Very thorough report, excellent detection and elimination work and advice given on avoiding recurrence of mould. Most important as I suffer from asthma.

Ben from PureMaintenance was very professional, courteous and patient. He took his time to answer Customer questions so I understood the process and what was taking place in my home. He explained/educated me about moisture and techniques of how to maintain an.optimum level that discourages mould. I am.also so happy that a company like PureMaintenace exist- a non toxic service to get rid of mould is less damaging to health/wellbeing than toxic chemicals so many other Companies use. We are delighted with the work carried out by Pure Maintenance. It is so pleasing not to see areas of mould throughout the rooms. One area that is unsucessful is inside Jim's wardrobe. It has been black for several years although it had been reduced considerably. It was encouraging to receive the mould report that was acceptable. Jonathan is a great person, very friendly and he is a great asset to your team. We have taken on board his recommendations and started to implement them. Thank-you for your professionalism.

Like another person who wrote a review we are deeply concerned that the workers deliberately turned off our internal security cameras for the duration of the stay. They turned some cameras around and denied doing it. Giving your home over to people you don't know requires a great deal of trust. What are they hiding by doing that? As this isn't the first time they have done this there needs to be some kind of explanation. Otherwise it looks just so unethical.

About a year ago we paid for this treatment hoping it would fix the problem we had been experiencing with mould in one of the bedrooms of the flat. I was very anxious about the amount of money it would cost and wanted to be sure that this was the appropriate treatment that would help - I was assured it would.

The mould came back again the same time of year and I contacted Pure maintenance again. Mia was very sweet in helping to get someone back out but unfortunately it feels very difficult to believe it will help as it just seems to be a temporary solution.

We paid a lot of money for something that didn’t work are feeling really disappointed and ripped off. Not only had the mould come back but because of how the walls have been left it looks like now it will cost even more money/time to get a painter/decorator in. Gutted - sharing so others don’t make the same loss.

We hired Pure Maintenance after finding some concerning mould in our home and having health issues in the home on and off for a while. They booked us in quickly, and Beth was really helpful in explaining everything and getting us a sooner date than expected.

Pure maintenance have been great from following up my enquiry to regular contact via email both before and after Terry coming and resolving our mould issue.
Not only have they cleared what I thought was an impossible job they have explained why it was happening and how I can prevent it ever coming back as one of the main issues was high humidity.
