Friendly and Professional
The installer Thomas Turnbull who came to fit boosters for us was very friendly and professional and explained everything to us clearly.

We copped for Bobby the Installer. Ate and drank us out of house and home whilst taking the extra time and care late on a Friday night to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Faultless service, credit to the company. Hopefully it's the last we see of him 😉

Karl arrived on time having called 5 mins ahead. Ours wasn’t a straightforward installation but he took the time to do a thoroughly professional job and explained everything to us before finishing.

Quality of service top notch!
Initial outside installation all went smoothly, engineers arrived on day promised, knocked as a courtesy to say what they were doing, then the following week, a different engineer showed up to do the inside installation and set up. I got a text the night before to advise am/pm as promised, and he turned up bang on time, was polite and friendly, installed with minimal fuss and no issues, ran me through things after checking the speeds for me and was away, probably in about 80mins?.
All in all, excellent service, speeds appear to be as promised and I highly recommend Quickline as an ISP.
