Quality of service top notch!
Initial outside installation all went smoothly, engineers arrived on day promised, knocked as a courtesy to say what they were doing, then the following week, a different engineer showed up to do the inside installation and set up. I got a text the night before to advise am/pm as promised, and he turned up bang on time, was polite and friendly, installed with minimal fuss and no issues, ran me through things after checking the speeds for me and was away, probably in about 80mins?.
All in all, excellent service, speeds appear to be as promised and I highly recommend Quickline as an ISP.

The engineers who came to do the work were AMAZING, Bobby and Sam what utter gentlemen, Bobby went above and beyond the scope of his job and absolutely did an amazing job, some deserves a raise !!!

Quickline…joke!!!
We finally decided to switch to quickline after all the flyers advertising increased speeds. Installed on Wednesday, achieving a massive 10mbs so we can do very little due to constant buffering and freezing. It’s gone down now, no internet at all, red flashing lights, on Friday…all for £24.99 per month. Phoned to report it…we might get an engineer out by 26th June…appalling!!! Why did we decide to put our faith in them and believe the hype and switch 😭😭😭

Just had my installation from Quickline Broadband, i went with the 500 package and the speeds I get now are unreal.
Well happy with the installation service and there engineer Josh. R top bloke very helpful with any information I needed to know and the installation was quick with no issues, highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. If i could I give 0 stars. CHECK GOOGLE REVIEWS . TRUE REVIEWS!!!! .
What an absolute nightmare I went through with this company.
They knock on my door and told me I have new broadband in area . Sounded great , cheap and better speed . They set up direct debit straight away which is already a red flag ! But i went with it . They meant to come 5th June and install modem . Nobody came , they rung me 3 days before saying they did survey and they need to cut some trees . After a week of not hearing from them I rung them and they told me they couldn't come and they will come now on 15th . NOBODY CAME AGAIN !!! . Nobody call me to tell me anything. I had to call 4 days later to find out what is going on . After 17 MINUTES waiting to speak to somebody they couldn't tell me why Nobody came and when I will have Internet. I had enough of this scam operation and I managed to cancel direct debit . Its clear they took way too many orders from people and they dont have enough engineer to sort it . Also the connection is really slow at times and their customer service its a joke.
Those are true reviews on gooogle .
Don't belive this good reviews on trustpilot half of them it's fake and set up too look good .
Be aware of this company looks like the set up to earn as much money they can and than go bankrupt! .

Quickline Broadband Installation
There were 2 technicians James Bolton and Martin Warner.
They were both superb. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They explained how to sync devices using the QR code and showed me how to do the TVs, by doing the first 2.
A fantastic service, a credit to Quickline, and an amazing broadband of 499/483Mb, compared to my previous supplier, Sky, whose full fibre broadband gave me 17Mb
They had so much patience with my lack of technological knowledge and went over stuff several times to ensure I knew how to operate TVs and add devices.

Best team for the best internet!
Karl A and John S turned up today to fix an ongoing issue (will put this out there right now that several engineers had been and tried to solve the issue which was out of their hands to fix) Both guys were polite and also had a good laugh with. They both got on and finally found the issue which was 400m away from the property. they left to fix the issue and returned to see if they had fixed it. The issue was fixed and no more errors were showing up! These 2 guys as well as every engineer we have had here, even customer services have been absolutely top tier and faultless and always put the customer first. I can not recommend this team high enough to give them the credit they deserve! A+

Luke.m our installer was very polite and helpful he spent time going around our house searching for the best positions for our mesh system receivers our house is not a conventional layout and it took time and a lot of positioning of the receivers but Luke did a fantastic job in sorting out our best reception very impressed by his workman ship .

Professional, efficient and friendly
Very quick response from initial enquiry to installation. Regular updates prior to engineer visit and a call from engineer to confirm exact time of arrival. Engineers Nathan M and Neil P were excellent. Professional, friendly and efficient. Nathan ensured everything explained and we were happy with everything before leaving. A great service from start to finish.

Josh H and John L carried out an amazing install that was just about 50mtrs in length, install wasn't straight forward but they found the shortest route possible and ensured a professional install was carried out. Both great characters and explained what they were doing every step of the way and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't recommend 2 finer engineers. Gerry ~ Brandesburton.

Salesman was friendly, not at all pushy. Just laid out the facts and allowed us to make our own minds up. Installer Bailey P was on time, quick but didn’t rush us, knowledgeable, tidy. Would recommend.
