Die Fernbedienung selber funktioniert und erfüllt meine Erwartungen.

wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten und die Verzögerung bei der Zustellung Ihrer Sendung.
Nach den aktuellen Sendungsinformationen befürchten wir leider, dass das Paket während des Transports verloren gegangen sein könnte. Bei dem von Ihnen gewählten Versanddienstleister werden die Sendungen nicht unbedingt an jeder Station gescannt. Insbesondere kann der nächste Scan erst erfolgen, wenn die Sendung das Zielland erreicht. Dadurch kann es leider so aussehen, als wäre die Sendung auf dem Transportweg verschwunden.
Wir möchten uns außerdem für die Art und Weise entschuldigen, wie Ihre Anfrage im Online-Chat von unserer Junior-Kollegin bearbeitet wurde. Wir verstehen, dass die alleinige Aussage, man müsse einfach abwarten, keine zufriedenstellende Antwort ist. Wir werden diesen Vorgang auch intern besprechen, damit vergleichbare Situationen künftig angemessener behandelt werden.

Berichtigung:Nach rund 5 Wochen wurden mir die Rücksendekosten von 5,49 € auch erstattet. Das Produkt war leider keine Original-Fernbedienung und hatte eine geringe Reichweite (1–2 m). Auch wenn der Weg über den PayPal-Käuferschutz etwas aufwendig war, hat Remonte Control World den Fall letztendlich fair und zu meiner Zufriedenheit gelöst.“

es tut uns leid, dass die Fernbedienung nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat und Sie mit der Abwicklung der Reklamation sowie des PayPal-Falls unzufrieden waren.
Wir möchten jedoch einen wichtigen Punkt klarstellen: Bei der von Ihnen bestellten Fernbedienung handelte es sich ausdrücklich um eine Ersatz-/Replik-Fernbedienung und nicht um eine originale TV-Fernbedienung. Sie wurde daher weder als Original noch als genuine Original-Fernbedienung verkauft.
Es tut uns leid, wenn dieser Unterschied für Sie beim Kauf nicht ausreichend deutlich war.
Bezüglich der von Ihnen beschriebenen Reichweite und der Rücksendekosten möchten wir die Angelegenheit selbstverständlich dennoch prüfen und eine faire Lösung finden. Wir haben Ihnen hierzu bereits eine E-Mail mit möglichen Lösungen geschickt.

Remote Control for SONY Surround Sound System
After texting many many times with several employees in the chat function because nobody was picking up the phone on the official phone line of the company I finally got to Helena who took my case seriously. My problem was that the parcel tracking always showed the same status so I was afraid that this all was a fraud. In the end I got the parcel with the correct remote control in the color withe, exactly like ordered, in time. Thank you Helena for making it happen!

Got chatting online live support, gave my replacement remote details, and got advised which one to replace to replace it, and they had one. Just shared my old remote make and model, and they said they'll programme a new one to suit! Brilliant!

Take money, do not deliver, do not reply to emails
First: having a doubt about this company? try to call them, they never pick-up the phone.
I ordered a remote control 3 months ago. Oder number 666377.
The delivery address was my home address. For some reasons, the parcel has been delivered to a pick-up station and I've never been informed. Parcel was then returned to the vendor. After 1 month I did reach out to the vendor who said that parcel was sent back to them. I was able to demonstrate them that parcel was not delivered to the right address but vendor asked me to pay again for delivery. I've re-explained the situation and they never replied to me although I sent several emails. They never reimbursed me and I paid 40€ for getting nothing. Definitely a company to avoid.
IMPORTANT UPDATE AFTER VENDOR REPLY TO THIS REVIEW: THE REPLY PROVIDED BY THE VENDOR IS A LIE. I've provided a screenshot to the vendor demonstrating that the requested delivery address is a home address different from the pickup point where it as has been delivered. Obvious that this vendor is acting in bad faith. He stole 40€ from my pocket and doesn't even reimburse while he still has the product.

The parcel was delivered there, but unfortunately it was not collected and was subsequently returned to us.
When you contacted us after the parcel had been returned, we offered the possibility of sending it again. We understand that this situation was frustrating, but we would also like to clarify that we did not receive a clear request from you for a refund.
We are sorry if our communication did not meet your expectations. We always want to resolve situations fairly and help our customers, but we need to know which solution the customer prefers in order to proceed.
