Excelente atención al cliente y rectificación impecable
Realicé una compra de un lote de tres artículos en Remote EU por un valor de 49,50 €. Para mi sorpresa, uno de los artículos enviados (un mando) era un modelo distinto al publicitado y comprado. Es decir, cometieron una infracción contractual evidente al enviar un producto erróneo.
Al reclamar, la postura del vendedor ha sido la de lavarse las manos de la forma más ruin posible. En lugar de asumir su error y tramitar una solución justa (como un reembolso parcial por el artículo incorrecto o facilitarme una etiqueta de devolución prepagada), se escudan en la rigidez de las plataformas de pago para obligarme a mí a devolver la totalidad del pedido corriendo yo con las molestias y costes logísticos.
Juegan a que el cliente se canse y desista por puro desgaste. No asumen sus propios fallos de almacén ni tienen la más mínima decencia en atención al cliente.
Un comercio totalmente desaconsejable y poco fiable. No tiren su dinero aquí si no quieren pasar por problemas.
Actualización (22 de septiembre de 2026):
Quiero actualizar mi reseña anterior para destacar la impecable gestión de la empresa tras el malentendido inicial. El responsable de la tienda, Tomáš Eisner, se puso en contacto conmigo personalmente de forma muy atenta y profesional. Han asumido el error de almacén con total honestidad y la solución ha sido inmejorable: me han emitido de inmediato un reembolso parcial de 13,00 € en mi cuenta de PayPal y me han enviado el modelo de mando correcto (N2QAYB001101) mediante envío urgente por UPS Express, permitiéndome además conservar el artículo anterior.
Da gusto ver que todavía quedan comercios online que cuidan la atención al cliente y saben rectificar con categoría. Cambio mi valoración a 5 estrellas gracias a su excelente respuesta. Totalmente recomendables.

Lamentamos saber que no está satisfecho con la forma en que se gestionó su pedido. Entendemos perfectamente que recibir un mando diferente del que esperaba resulta frustrante y lamentamos las molestias que esto le haya causado.
No obstante, nos gustaría aclarar que nunca enviamos intencionadamente un producto diferente al que el cliente ha pedido. Si en este caso se envió un artículo incorrecto, por supuesto estamos dispuestos a investigar lo sucedido y encontrar una solución adecuada.
También lamentamos que nuestra comunicación anterior le haya dado la impresión de que no estábamos dispuestos a asumir nuestra responsabilidad. Nuestra intención nunca es que un cliente se canse por un proceso largo o por una comunicación innecesaria. Queremos tratar estos casos de forma individual y encontrar una solución práctica.
Ya nos hemos puesto en contacto con usted directamente por correo electrónico para revisar el pedido y las posibles soluciones. Esperamos que nos dé la oportunidad de resolver correctamente la situación.

Duidelijke site, je kan makkelijk bestellen. Echter het product dat ik bestelde was niet op voorraad en zou 15 dagen duren voor het kwam. Dat was 10 augustus 2026. Tot op heden niets vernomen. Dat was minder. Maar via chat de klantenservice benaderd, dit ging snel en adequaat. Nu opgelost.

Purchased a clone remote for a Faber kitchen fan, the first unit to arrive failed intermittently. After contacting support and providing some diagnostics they sent me a new remote that works flawlessly.

Excellent job in replacing my Bryston SP 3 Sound Processor remote when the manufacturer discontinued the unit.
It’s a simple remote, enabling me to turn it on/off and adjust the volume, but it was exactly what I was looking for.

Die gekaufte, nachgebaute Fernbedienung für einen Wohnwagen Mover funktioniert einwandfrei, für einen fairen Preis!
Dazu kommt eine schnelle Lieferzeit, prima!
Allerdings die email Kommunikation ist sehr mühselig, weil man sehr lange auf eine Antwort warten muss, da erwarte ich mir von dem Emailservice viel mehr!
