Fernbedienung funktioniert bei DREI…
Fernbedienung funktioniert bei DREI baugleichen Klimageräten nicht. VAT will aber die Rücksendekosten nicht übernehmen. Also soll man für Schrott noch zusätzlich bezahlen. Ich lasse die Finger davon.

es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass die Fernbedienung bei Ihren drei Klimaanlagen nicht funktioniert hat. Wir können Ihren Unmut gut nachvollziehen, insbesondere nachdem Sie die Fernbedienung bereits mit mehreren identischen Geräten getestet haben.
Wir hätten uns jedoch gewünscht, dass Sie uns die Möglichkeit gegeben hätten, das Problem gemeinsam mit Ihnen zu überprüfen, bevor davon ausgegangen wurde, dass die Fernbedienung defekt ist. Bei Klimaanlagen kann die Kompatibilität nicht nur vom Gerätemodell, sondern auch vom jeweiligen Steuerungssystem und der Programmierung abhängen.
Unser Kundenservice steht jederzeit bereit, solche Fälle zu überprüfen und bei Bedarf einen Austausch oder eine andere geeignete Lösung anzubieten. Es tut uns leid, dass die Angelegenheit in diesem Fall nicht zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit gelöst wurde.

Velodyne DD Plus remote not working.
The Velodyne DD Plus remote I purchased, only power button was working. Ondřej Krejčí from customer care suggested steps to troubleshoot the problem. Turn up the code of the remote was not the right one. A replacement remote with new code was sent free of charge and this one worked perfectly. I highly recommend Remote Control World when you need a replacement remote.

es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie bisher keine klare Auskunft zum aktuellen Stand Ihres Reparaturauftrags für die Truma Mover RC erhalten haben. Wir können Ihren Unmut nach der langen Wartezeit und den fehlenden Informationen zu Ihrer Fernbedienung sehr gut nachvollziehen.
Wir haben den Versand sorgfältig überprüft und müssen Ihnen leider mitteilen, dass Ihre Fernbedienung bisher noch nicht in unserer Reparaturabteilung in der Tschechischen Republik eingetroffen ist.
Bei der Adresse in Neugersdorf handelt es sich um unsere Tiptrans-Annahmestelle in Deutschland. Diese stellen wir unseren deutschen Kunden zur Verfügung, damit sie die höheren Versandkosten für eine direkte Zusendung der Fernbedienung in die Tschechische Republik vermeiden können. Die dort eingegangenen Sendungen werden anschließend an unsere Reparaturabteilung weitergeleitet.
Nach den uns vorliegenden Informationen wurde Ihr Paket am 28. Juli um 11:00 Uhr an der Tiptrans-Adresse zugestellt. Leider ist es bis heute noch nicht bei uns eingetroffen, sodass wir mit der Reparatur bisher nicht beginnen konnten.
Wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die entstandene Unsicherheit und dafür, dass Sie bisher keine zufriedenstellenden Informationen zum Status Ihrer Reparatur erhalten haben. Sollte sich herausstellen, dass das Paket während der Weiterleitung verloren gegangen ist, werden wir selbstverständlich die Verantwortung dafür übernehmen und gemeinsam mit Ihnen eine entsprechende Lösung finden.
Wir nehmen jeden Kunden und jeden Reparaturauftrag ernst und werden unser Bestes tun, um diese Angelegenheit ordnungsgemäß und zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit zu klären.

Confirmed they had the correct remote the order went through. The remote was the same part as I needed.
All my contacts with any queries were handled very well.
Though the UPS side was very poor.

The remote control does not work properly
The remote control I bought for my Mitsubishi Heavy industries air conditioner is not working properly. The on/off button does not always work. I have to press it two or three times to operatate. The temperature keys when pressed change the temperature sometimes by two degrees instead of one degree. I contacted them twice and reported the problem. They promised to come back but they have not revert yet.
Update:
I have been contacted by the Senior Customer care representative who immediately gave me a couple of options of how to resolve the matter. I was more than happy to choose one of the options proposed to me and therefore I am also quite happy to edit my original review and award 5 stars to the company. They dealt with the matter in a very professional and correct way. I also want to praise their quick and polite way they communicated with me.

Unos verdaderos profesionales. Muy buena comunicación. Informando en todo momento. Había llevado el mando a 3 establecimientos a que me lo prepararan y no fueron capaces de repararlo. En cambio en "Remote Control World" lo repararon de inmediato y lo tuve de vuelta en 1 semana. Gente seria, muy profesionales, con un servicio de atención al cliente de 10. Sin dudarlo, los recomiendo al 100%.

Az LG39LB650V számú Tv-hez kerestem gyári távirányítót,amely az LG 73615303 tipus számú,mert ilyen volt hozzá új korábban, viszont ez a Tv tipus nem szerepelt rajta.Nagyon tetszett a gyors válasz email,amelyben kedves, segítőkész,részletes és megnyugtató választ kaptam a termékről illetve a rendelés lépéseiről,amelyben ügyintézőjüknek Adriána Jacková-nak jár az elismerés. Különösen jólesett olvasnom a szavait, és nagyon örülök, hogy a megrendelt távirányító tökéletesen működik az LG TV-vel. Számomra és a csapatunk számára is a legfontosabb, hogy minden kérdésre gyors, pontos és megnyugtató választ adjunk, így igazán megtisztelő, hogy név szerint is kiemelte a munkámat.

When I had a problem, a real person, not AI, solved it
I ordered a remote control and could not get it to work after I received it. I emailed Remote Control World, and they gave me troubleshooting tips. I tried the tips and emailed them back to let them know none of the tips worked. They sent a replacement, which works fantastically well. What I so appreciate is that my entire interaction with RCW was with a real person who has a name, not with AI. That's hard to find these days.
