WARNUNG Geld weg, keine Ware, keine Reaktion
Ich bekam nach erfolgter Reparatur die Info, dass meine Fernbedienung nun wieder auf dem Rückweg zu mir sei und der Versanddienstleister sich meldet, sobald diese an der Abholstation eintrifft.
Das ist nun mehrere Wochen her und ich habe weder was vom Versanddienstleister noch von Remote Control World gehört.
Auf meine mittlerweile fünf E-Mails reagiert Remote Control World nicht und am Telefon ist trotz mehrmaliger Versuche über die letzten 4 Tge auch keiner erreichbar.
FAKT ist: Sowohl meine Bedienung als auch mein Geld ist weg. Reagieren tut bei Remote Control World niemand.

wir bedauern sehr, dass sich die Zustellung Ihrer reparierten Fernbedienung so lange verzögert hat und dass dadurch für Sie der Eindruck entstanden ist, dass weder Ihre Fernbedienung noch Ihr Geld bei Ihnen ankommen würden. Wir verstehen vollkommen, wie ärgerlich und verunsichernd eine solche Situation sein kann.
Wir haben Ihren Fall sorgfältig geprüft. Ihre Originalfernbedienung ist am 28. Juli bei uns eingegangen und wurde bereits am folgenden Tag, 29. Juli, repariert und an Sie zurückgesendet. Die entsprechenden Sendungsinformationen haben wir Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt.
Leider hat sich die anschließende Zustellung beim Versanddienstleister erheblich verzögert. Laut Sendungsverfolgung wurde die Sendung heute, am 27. August, an der von Ihnen ausgewählten Abholstation zugestellt.
Bezüglich Ihrer E-Mails können wir lediglich Nachrichten vom 24. und 25. August feststellen. Leider sind diese in unserem Spam-Ordner gelandet und wurden erst jetzt entdeckt. Frühere E-Mails von Ihnen konnten wir in unserem System nicht finden. Wir entschuldigen uns ausdrücklich dafür, dass wir Ihre Nachrichten dadurch nicht rechtzeitig beantworten konnten.
Auch wenn die Verzögerung bei der Zustellung nicht durch uns verursacht wurde, nehmen wir Ihre Erfahrung sehr ernst. Wir möchten die Angelegenheit nicht einfach dabei belassen und haben Ihnen daher per E-Mail verschiedene Möglichkeiten für eine Kulanzregelung bzw. Kompensation angeboten.
Wir hoffen sehr, dass Sie Ihre reparierte Fernbedienung nun problemlos abholen können und dass wir die Angelegenheit damit zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit abschließen können.

From the beginning it’s been lies ,4-7…
Had a few issues with postage ,it took much longer than was advertised ,and be aware their will be a customs charge if your in the uk.They did pay my customs charge thankfully ,but delivery was much longer

We are sincerely sorry that your experience was affected by the extended delivery time and the inconvenience this caused. We completely understand your frustration, especially when you were expecting the parcel within the stated delivery timeframe.
Regarding the additional £44 customs charge, we unfortunately have no control over import duties or customs fees imposed in the UK. These charges are determined by the UK customs authorities and are outside our control. We understand, however, that receiving an unexpected additional charge is frustrating.
You ordered an original remote control, and separate instruction manuals are not always available for individual replacement remotes. When setup or pairing is required, the relevant instructions are generally part of the manual for the device the remote is intended for.
We are sorry that you also experienced difficulties with the setup and had to look for the information yourself. Our customer support is available to help with such situations, and we always want our customers to have a working solution rather than simply receive a product and be left to figure things out themselves.
We sincerely regret that the overall experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback. We will use it to continue improving our service and communication.

Problème suite à achat d'une télécommande
Suite à l'achat en ligne d'une télécommande pour ma platine CD qui ne fonctionnait pas car non configurée, j'ai contacté le site vendeur.
J'ai conversé avec mon interlocutrice qui a rapidement effectué les démarches pour me transmettre une nouvelle télécommande qui,bien configurée, marche parfaitement.

Ich hatte eine Fernbedienung bestellt… (Teufel Subwoofer)
Ich hatte eine Fernbedienung bestellt die leider nicht funktionierte.
Nach fast zwei Wochen hin und her mit dem Service und immer wieder den gleichen Fragen nach richtig eingelegter Batterie und ob ich dies und das schon probiert hätte habe ich aufgegeben und die Fernbedienung zum Elektroschrott gegeben.
Als mir während der zwei Wochen auch noch mitgeteilt wurde das mein bisheriger Ansprechpartner das Unternehmen verlassen hat und meine neue "Betreuerin"
mir wieder die gleichen Fragen stellte war mir meine Zeit dann doch zu schade.
UPDATE:
Letztendlich hat sich nach 5 Wochen doch nochmals ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter des Supports bei mir gemeldet und mir eine Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises angeboten, die auch reibungslos erfolgte.
Deshalb die Änderung der Bewertung von 1 auf 3 Sterne.

Abbiamo ricevuto la Sua email mercoledì 19 agosto in serata. Normalmente rispondiamo a tutte le richieste via email entro 24 ore; tuttavia, purtroppo giovedì non siamo riusciti a completare l’elaborazione della Sua richiesta e Le stiamo rispondendo oggi, venerdì 21 agosto al mattino.

Perfect replacement remote velux blind
My old velux blind remote stopped working well and there isn’t a velux replacement available. I ordered one from this company and it works perfectly! It is a generic remote but that’s absolutely fine. It took about two weeks to arrive from overseas. Great company, very happy and very responsive to email enquiries.

Just received new remote, it's totally different product than i ordered. Remote works on my TV, but its without keyboard on the back, so be careful with the pictures at the product description.
