Nach einigen Wochen ROLORTS ausgefallen
Nach einigen Wochen sind je ein Kanal meiner 2 Fernbedienungen ROLORTS ausgefallen. Der Kundendienst Herr Vojtech Kubiczek hat sehr schnell auf meine Reklamation reagiert und mir unmittelbar die Fernbedieungen ersetzt. Ich konnte die neuen Fernbedienungen wieder einlernen und alles OK. Vielen Dank dafür.

Beo4 remote incomplete
I had requested a remote programmed as a Beo4 and I provided the TV model details. I paid for express shipping, but it was actually over a week until they programmed my remote and about 2 weeks until I received. Unfortunately a number of key buttons are not doing the correct function, and after two weeks of dealing with customer service I was informed they do not have the correct codes for these buttons. I have further researched the Beo4 and have now sent them a full set of BeoCodes for that remote. After 4 days I have not had any response. I downloaded the programming software but it does not cover my Premium remote so I am stuck..

Bien rattrapé
Livraison correcte, mais la télecommande est arrivée sans notice d'utilisation or, il s'agit d'une télécommande à configurer.
Il a fallu que je demande la notice.
À ma demande en ligne une réponse est arrivée avec des instructions de configuration exactes.
Tout est rentré finalement dans l'ordre.

La procédure de copie/configuration est indiquée dans la description du produit, et le manuel d'utilisation est également envoyé automatiquement par e-mail après la commande. Perfecte kopie van origineel afstandbediening
Zeer snelle levering en de afstandbediening zelf super prima kopie van origineel en werkt uitstekend het klepje op de achterzijde is wel wat frigiel maar voor deze prijs super afstand bediening dikke pluim voor het hele team en dat er een super kopie gemaakt kan worden en plaats van afstandsbediening die met rare combinaties moeten om te laten werken dit is zeker de moeite waard als u een afstandsbediening voor iets nodig heeft zeker de moeite waard

Die bestellte Fernbedienung wurde als "exakt gleich, wie das Original" nur ohne Markenaufdruck beschrieben. Was ankam ist billigster Schrott, den es für die Hälfte des Preises wo anders zu kaufen gibt. Eindeutige Täuschung des Kunden.

The first remote I received did not…
The first remote I received did not work as expected, after a few emails with Vojtech Kubiczek from customer services to find the details of my original remote he arranged for a new remote to be programmed and sent out. The new remote worked perfectly. Vojtech is a great example of how customer service should operate. Cannot praise highly enough!

Achat d'une télécommande de remplacement pour un appareil Samsung. Seul site permettant de trouver cette télécommande ! Envoi rapide et emballage très satisfaisant. Wrong Product Delivered – Disappointing Customer Service
They have good reviews, which is why I decided to order my remote control from them. Unfortunately, when I received it, I discovered that it was the wrong type. The brand was correct, but the model/type was not.
I opened a dispute through PayPal, but in the end I was required to return the item at my own expense. In my opinion, this is not fair, as they sent me the wrong type in the first place.
This was a disappointing experience, and I will definitely not order from this company again.
