Szanowny Kliencie,
Bardzo nam przykro, że jest Pan niezadowolony z zaistniałej sytuacji i że pojawiły się niedogodności związane z zamówieniem.
Chcielibyśmy wyjaśnić, że otrzymaliśmy Pana wiadomość e-mail w środę 5 sierpnia o godzinie 21:00. Standardowo odpowiadamy na wszystkie wiadomości w ciągu 24 godzin, jednak ze względu na późną godzinę otrzymania wiadomości nie udało nam się odpowiedzieć wcześniej i wróciliśmy z odpowiedzią w piątek rano 7 sierpnia. Przepraszamy za to krótkie opóźnienie.
Pańska sprawa została już przez nas przeanalizowana, a rozwiązanie zostało przesłane w wiadomości e-mail. Jesteśmy zaangażowani w rozwiązanie tej sytuacji i zapewnienie, aby otrzymał Pan właściwy pilot odpowiedni do swojego urządzenia.
Dziękujemy za cierpliwość i mamy nadzieję, że zaproponowane rozwiązanie pozwoli zakończyć sprawę ku Pańskiej pełnej satysfakcji.

we can get no response from the unit at all. tested your unit by using the cell phone and it is functioning. but no avail. Not sure where to go from here

He recibido el mando a distancia y solo…
He recibido el mando a distancia y solo funciona un botón, ni volumen ni encendido y apagado.
Les he escrito varios emails y ni me han contestado.
He pagado 15,€ para nada.
A día 5 de agosto se han puesto en contacto conmigo, me ha reembolsado el importe del mando y van a averiguar porque no obedecen las funciones. El contacto ahora es fluido.

Product werkt niet, klantenservice reageert niet
Mijn ervaring met Remote Control World is helaas zeer teleurstellend.
Vooraf heb ik alle gegevens van mijn airco en de originele afstandsbediening doorgegeven. Op basis daarvan heeft Remote Control World mij geadviseerd welke afstandsbediening ik moest bestellen. Na ontvangst bleek deze echter niet geschikt te zijn. De airco kan hiermee alleen verwarmen en niet koelen, waardoor de afstandsbediening voor mij onbruikbaar is.
Vervolgens heb ik meerdere keren contact opgenomen met de klantenservice om dit probleem op te lossen. Ondanks meerdere e-mails en berichten bleef een reactie uit. Onacceptabel, zeker omdat het product op advies van het bedrijf zelf is aangeschaft.
Wanneer een bedrijf een specifiek product adviseert dat vervolgens niet werkt, verwacht ik dat dit snel en adequaat wordt opgelost. Helaas is dat in mijn geval niet gebeurd.
Op basis van mijn ervaring kan ik dit bedrijf daarom niet aanbevelen.

Het spijt ons zeer dat we niet eerder op uw e-mails hebben kunnen reageren. Vanwege een ongewoon hoog aantal bestellingen en klantvragen is uw bericht helaas niet zo snel verwerkt als zou moeten. We nemen de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor deze vertraging.
Zodra een medewerker van onze klantenservice contact met u opnam, was de kwestie binnen 24 uur opgelost.
Onze oprechte excuses voor het aanvankelijke ongemak en de negatieve indruk die de vertraagde reactie heeft achtergelaten.

Suite à une erreur de commande de ma part, Helena Urbášková a pris en charge ma demande, qui a été réglé avec un grand professionnalisme. J'avais une petite appréhension en passant commande sur un site situé en Pologne, mais je dois avouer que je suis bluffé. Livraison rapide, prix très compétitifs, service client compétent. Un grand bravo !!

Pilot , który zamówiłem do Movera /przyczepy kampingowej/ był trafiony w dziesiątkę , dzięki bardzo dobremu opisowi tego elementu przez Firmę sprzedającego / bardzo czytelny opis techniczny danego elementu co rzadko się zdarza w innych zamówieniach innych firm /. Pilot po włączeniu od razu z automatu się sparował z urządzeniem w przyczepie i działa bez problemu. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z tego zakupu.

MANDO PARA CAMPANA "FRECAN 360 NITRO"
Compré un mando para un campana extractora de humos, de la marca FRECAN, modelo NITRO 360 - 1300 R1000 que funcionaba perfectamente, y es tres veces más barato que el original, pero se estropeó a los seis meses. Me puse en contacto con la empresa y fui atendido, de forma rápida y precisa, por el agente "VOJTÊCH" y en cuatro días recibí un nuevo mando sin cargos.

Siamo dispiaciuti di sapere che il telecomando non funziona come previsto.
Purtroppo, dai nostri dati non risulta che ci abbia mai contattato in merito al problema, né tramite email né tramite il nostro servizio di chat online. Abbiamo quindi appreso della difficoltà riscontrata solamente attraverso la Sua recensione.
È un peccato, perché se ci avesse contattato prima avremmo potuto analizzare il problema e trovare una soluzione molto tempo fa.
Le abbiamo ora inviato un’email con alcune possibili soluzioni e saremmo molto grati se potesse risponderci, così da poter verificare la situazione e risolverla nel modo migliore possibile.

Compra articulo, traslado a Chile, pero detenido en parte del tránsito y por tanto no recepcionado por suscrito. Levantado el réclamo, la tienda acogió y empatizó conmigo y con gastos propios, me remitió nuevamente artículo, estuvieron atentos y comunicados conmigo sobre el tránsito, finalmente paquete llego a mi destino. Frustrating Experience - Drawn Out Resolution
UPDATE (7/30/26): After sending VERY direct emails I eventually got the head of customer service to respond to me. He was very apologetic and agreed that it was false advertising. As a result they refunded me the cost of my shipping, import fees, and cost of the remote. I really appreciated his help, but still somewhat frustrated that it took a bad review and a very direct (and somewhat accusatory) email to make this right.
UPDATE (7/28/26): Since they commented here that they don't know about this order - Order# 674312
7/27/26 - This company is totally fine with taking your money. If I could put zero I would. This company falsely advertised a products ( Bose remote) functionality and when I told them I needed a refund they wanted me to pay for the shipping for a product they lied about both ways. So I’m out over $100 for product that doesn’t work as advertised. STAY AWAY!!!

Firmaet hævder at de ved bestillingen anførte at produktet ikke var tilgængeligt. Den 15. Juli skrev de: your order xxxx is nowin dispatch prep. The order will be delivered by GLS Parcelshop.
Flere negative oplevelser, men lad mig blot nævne to.
Betaling blev trukket på mit debit kort før de skrev til mig at de ikke kunne levere.
Trods mange opringninger til deres kundetelefon blev den aldrig besvaret.
